Lakeview Golf Club - Mountain Course

On this round, I played the mountain and peak courses. The gorgeous mountain course is quite challenging. You can't always see where you're supposed to hit the ball. Due to the previous week's rain, the course was still damp, and it was almost impossible to find your ball when it landed in the rough. I lost several that way. The pace of play was very slow. Also, I never found the one portapotty on the mountain course. The peak course was easier than on the previous day because we didn't have to stick to the cart path. Nevertheless, it was still very easy to lose your ball in the rough. The staff at this course are very nice. The restaurant closed at 2, so it wasn't available when the round finished. I look forward to playing this course when I visit the area, but I don't recommend the mountain course for senior citizens due to the lack of bathroom facilities.

This lovely course was quite soggy after days of rain. It was Cart path only. We played the peak and the lake courses. Play was very slow because of having to do so much walking. Because it was so muddy, it would have been helpful to have water on the carts to wash the clubs. One plus for these courses is the strategic placing of the restrooms. The food at the restaurant was fresh and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Course was very wet due to the hurricane, cart path only. Definitely a nice course would recommend to anyone.

Played course after several days of heavy rains so the fairways weren’t mowed, totally acceptable. The starter was great. Had a nice experience.

This course is almost in my back yard, I have played it for 40 years. I'm not much better but this course is. Many times I play out of town and usially find that I like Lakeview better. The fairways took a hit with the drought this summer, and I played in the rain. Fortunately we finally have some rain! But the golf gods gave me a par in the 530 yard par 5 18th, so of course I will be back. A good value on Golf Now.

It rained most of the day, but the golf was still okay. Good value for a nice course.

Absolutely beautiful course with great views and good facilities and great staff.. Also has a well stocked golf shop. Highly recommend this course.

Played Mountain and Lake nines. Greens in great condition. Fairways in good conditions and rough cut down even though the area was in drought conditions. Great track. Shoutout to cart attendant who alerted me because I had left my range finder. Enjoyed your course.

We enjoyed the course a lot. It was fun just a little slow. The fairways weren’t the greatest. But the tees and greens were in immaculate shape.

This is a wonderful course!! Easy to play and 3 different nine courses!! We come here every year on vacation!!! The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help if you need it. Thanks to all the staff you make it an enjoyable experience.

Many years of family vacations in the area and we frequent this course at least once a year. GN discount and my points totaled about $38 per person (with cart). Staff was very friendly and the pro shop food and drink was good at a great price. $2 beers! Course was very dry on the fairways. Greens and tees needed work. Garmin GPS still doesn’t recognize the mountain 9.
