Great course fun to play
I was in town on business and had a flight out of Roanoke at 4 pm I looked up golf courses and found this course had very good reviews. The staff was great and very accommodating. I had ubered up from hotel on the way to the airport so I had all my bags plus my golf travel bag, they graciously stored my things while played , the course was in very good condition, a very straight forward design nothing gimmicky about this course just a great Trac in great condition some of green had a bit of undulations which made them challenging but still fair and nice roll. I'd definitely play this course again

Blue Hills Golf Course, Roanoke Virginia
Carts are very annoying. Constant beeps, reminders of slow play (even if it’s not your fault), and carts turn off if you go too far from the fairway.
Course is in excellent condition
Really enjoyed playing this course. Excellent condition, great layout, awesome views and friendly people. Can’t wait to go back.

Good round

Fun course
Fun course and the greens were beautiful some of best I’ve played in a while.

Great course for any level
Course was in excellent shape. Layout can be challenging for any level of player. The only drawback is the course is always busy, so don't expect a fast round. Pace of play is normal for a course with several walkers on the course.

Another trip around Blue Hills
This is a good golf facility from the practice area to the clubhouse to the course; all are nice. The course has a few challenging holes. Course management is important, just don't grip it and rip it. OB is not too close except on #9, but just drive it our\t to the left to avoid the OB on the right. 3 of the 5 par 3 holes are up hill. Avoid needing a punch shot and they are very playable, straight away holes. Most importantly, the course is fun to play.

Some great scenery the course itself was in fair condition no fairways grass the same length on the fairways as in the rough greens in good shape but slow
Great course
This course is always is great condition. It is located at the end of an industrial area but it feels like you’re playing a resort course miles away from anything. There is a good mix of straight forward holes and some quirky, interesting holes. The par 3’s are terrific ranging from around 130 to 200 yards from the black tees (one up from the tips). There is a driving range, chipping area and practice green and a fully stocked pro shop. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The new carts have GPS screens with electronic scoring. The only negative is that it is just over an hour from my home or I would play more often.
