Staff was amazing course layout very friendly well kept course

Perfect weather! Pace of play was a bit on the slow side, but cant really complain when its 70 and sunny. Fun layout. Always enjoy playing

Greens are pretty decent for December golf in VB. Solid value, minimal people today so pace of play was great. Greens were very firm but true.

Thought it was a great course. In town from Richmond, we had a great time. The fighter jets were a nice touch.

Had a 9:10 Tee Time. Got there early to hit balls and warmed up. Staff Nice and accommodating. Course was in fairly good shape. I believe due to the lack of rain the fairways and greens were hard and needed watering. Most fairway lies were almost hard pan and sparce grass. There were much better ones as well. Greens were hard, wedges from 125 yards didn't leave ball marks on the green. I don't think I had to make a single repair. Front greens rolled smoother than the back. The back was a little grainy and hard to read. Overall, a very nice experience and will play again.

I have played Red Wing in previous years but this is the first time this season and since they redid their greens. I was curious to see how they turned out and I was not disappointed! I have always loved this course but these new greens make it that much better! Everything looked beautiful in this course and the pace of play was excellent! From the tee boxes to the greens, you won’t find a better course in Virginia Beach for this price.

Then the course is laid out perfectly with the updated GPS and the redoing of the greens… They were a little slow, but that’s normal. Give him another year. They’ll start getting back to where they. Normally were.

I thoroughly enjoyed my round there today. The course is well maintained, and with the replacement of the greens a couple years ago, a fantastic place to putt.
