Red Wing Lake Golf Course

Course was an average condition, but the greens were exceptionally slow and very bumpy kind of disappointing, but should improve after Mondays aeration coming

The greens are coming in very nice true pots have no complaints about the course need the little little bit of water on the tea boxes that's about it other than that course in good condition

We had a single playing up on us the front 9. We let him play through and he slowed down everything.

Not sure why he was sent out.

I really like the course layout; scenic with no houses or other buildings along the perimeter. Lots of wildlife. As with most courses in VA Beach, drainage is a challenge...but doing OK with that. The real distractor was pace of play. Waited to hit every shot. For a course set up at about 6,000 from the whites, difficulty is not the issue.

Been playing this course since the late 80’s. Over the years they have made numerous improvements and it shows. The course was in very good shape. Only 2 greens I saw had some small bare spots, otherwise they were excellent. None are overly tricky.

Upgraded carts with GPS.

Greens were a little bumpy, fairways in good condition and layout nice. Overall nice course and i will be back.

You do not have a true putt on any of these greens bumpy lot of sand they just need to work on the greens other than that it's a nice course I'd recommend it for the price but the greens are too bumpy roll them get some work done

The staff was very accommodating this morning and all super friendly and welcoming. Real grass range to start and on the course, very well maintained and challenging but fair. Lots of dog legs but still using the driver off the tee (I'm 290+). Tree lines fairways walk you into big readable greens. Great for all skills. I'd definitely come back as the value was amazing.

Courses in good condition the only bad thing or the greens very very bumpy and slow need to roll them and bring the speed up
