Great place for the value...

The layout, the course, the staff, all outstanding only reason why I only gave it four stars was because of the greens. They had replaced the green last year and did the entire place with GPS, which is amazing. But the greens are just very slow. If you know that going into it makes it a lot better for you. I figure another year they should be perfect....

Redwing Lake Saturday 1220

Booked a foursome through golf now came out to $50.25 per w tax cart included. Great value. Only caveat is I’ve played here 9 walking at 6pm on a Friday afternoon and it was $36. So cart is included in the round but if you arrive after 5-530 the guys want to go home which is understandable but you don’t get a discount for walking. Good course!!

Public Gem

Red wing has improved the course by fixing the drainage problem. It was a nice surprise to see the updates. The greens were in great shape, fairways were good, tee boxes need some work. The tee boxes were very hard and difficult to insert a tee. The back nine is still scenic and challenging. Great course for a public park.

Please roll the greens

Everything was good with this course except the greens were so bumpy and hard to putt on these greens. I get it, the weather was hot and I believe that the super was letting the greens grow as to not kill them. But, I think if they would have rolled them, it would result in an outstanding course
