About
Glacier Wood Golf Club has a unique landscape that was carved by ice and earth. The scenic course sprawls across diverse terrain that combines open, grassy meadows, with mature forests and marshland. Sweeping elevation changes and glacial rocks that frame the course provide stunning views from tee to green. The more open holes have a spacious feel while the wooded ones are invitingly secluded. Golfers will have numerous strategically placed bunkers to contend with as well as many water hazards. The par-3 12th hole is the course's signature. This stunning hole incorporates dramatic elevation changes, forest, and wetlands for a challenge that you won't soon forget. The 15th is another hole that is as equally memorable, a u-shaped par 5 that is a double dogleg with a steeply sloped green.

Glacier Woods
Great day on the course, with the recent rain everything is green, the greens are in great shape, fairways are trimmed and green great course.
Sweet
Tried for the first time due to the price. I was amazed. Everything was excellent. Condition, layout, and staff. Well worth the hour drive and will definitely come back.
Glacier Wood
Very nice course. Enjoyable to play, especially from the senior tees. In excellent shape and very good value for money. Will definitely go play again!
Very Enjoyable Course
Fairways were in really nice shape. Green were fast, but weather has been very hot and dry. Had a really nice time.

This is great local golf course. Mature trees and nice fairways , makes you want to return.
Great course layout
Every hole has its own feel. Great conditions every time. Fair and true greens. I wish i lived closer to Glacier Wood, because it would be my home course!! Only thing that seems to be a repeat issue is pace of play.
Golf course has a lot of hole variety, course is challenging, but not overpowering. Weather was perfect, good beer variety and great food at end of a good day of golf.
This course has some great challenges
This is a great course for both low and high handicaps. Layed out beautifully.
Scenic and Challenging Course
Glacier Wood is on my list of best courses in Wisconsin. The course blends naturally into the rolling glacial terrain of northern Waupaca County. It is very challenging with tree and boulder lined fairways, and water comes into play on several holes. The large greens are well maintained, as are the fairways and tee areas. The Clubhouse amenities are excellent, with a varied and affordable food menu and fairly priced beverages. It is well worth the drive to find this course, you won't be disappointed.
Great track with color
This course offers a golfer a great time to work on shaping shots off most of the tees. Greens are bunkerd along with some slopes. Glaciers moved through this area with leaving hills and giant boulders outside of several fairways. This wood line course is a must play course in the fall.

Great condition for late fall. Good deal. Had a great time golfing with friend.
Great Day at Great coarse!
2nd time at this course and its worth the hour plus drive to golf there! The staff is very friendly & helpful. The course was once again in great shape. Would recommend golfers to play fall golf here. Beautiful scenery! Will definitely be back to play again!!!

Beautiful Autumn golfing
I would recommend this golf course and the Iron Grille restaurant highly. Booking the tee time was effortless and a great savings. The course exceeded my expectations and the scenery was breathtaking with the autumn colors. We had a light lunch before teeing off at the on-site restaurant which offered high quality food, beverages and service. Very highly recommended!!
