About
DeBary Golf & Country Club, a Lloyd Clifton-designed course sits on hilly land. The layout is fascinating. No two holes feel similar. Only two holes have water, but there is significant sand. Dense woods of pine and evergreen border the fairways. The rolling fairways and natural layout give the golf course a Carolinas feel. The par 5s are all in the 500- to 550-yard range. The par 3s are all approximately the same distance, running 180 to 190 yards from the back tees, and 150 to 160 yards from the white tees. DeBary is one of the few Clifton golf courses that do not top out at more than 7,000 yards.

Great shape, friendly staff!!
Course was in awesome shape and the rough is no joke!! You almost have to be right over your ball to locate it. Lots of OB so hit it straight!! We played on Saturday at 11:40 and got in 36 holes. Definitely will be back

Course in great shape. Greens were airrated recently but we’re still rolling well. Would highly recommend

Best course in the area
New ownership is making every effort to improve the course. In the last year or so, it has be the best course in Debary, Deltona and DeLand. Excellent amenities.
Pleasant surprise
Had not played here in about 25 years. Was really pleased! Greens, fairways and tees are excellent, especially for this time of year. Definitely recommend!
One of my favorites
Pro shop seemed unaware of a weekly group of players that would have impacted our tee time by an hour or more but the starters were great and able to start us on the back nine instead. Pace or play ended up being great thanks to them. the whole course from tee boxes to green were in fantastic shape. They have clearly been putting some money into the course and maintenance folks were present everywhere. Looking forward to playing here again, one of my favorite courses...
Challenging and fun track
This was my first time playing this course, it is very tight and challenging but extremely fun and in great condition. The staff is friendly but members could use a little golf etiquette education, I was playing single and a group of 6, yes SIX, won't let me through so I was there an extra 45 -60 minutes just because of this. The heat got the best of me.

Nice time at the very Country Club greens had just been sanded still better than any that I played on in the area one of the better courses in the area
Best course just North of Orlando
They are spending a lot of money to make this course in excellent shape and it shows. Greens roll true. Course is green without dead spots. Watch out for the rough because if you miss the fairway you will pay the price.
Hidden Gem
This course has improved 100 times over.
The greens were rolling fast at an 11 on the meter. The fringe was like a soft carpet and putting from it did not slow it down in the slightest.
Fairways plush and green. Rough was thick enough to make you pay for a bad shot and get ball could sit up in the first cut.
Teeboxes we’re in left shape and even new Teeboxes being built.
Highly recommend this place especially in the north east Orlando area.
Hardest track in central fl
(from Blues) Tightest track in CF. Greens are slick and small, guarded by traps, with woods lining both sides of narrow fairways. If you intend on using Driver, be accurate! Play smart or it will be a long day!
