About
DeBary Golf & Country Club, a Lloyd Clifton-designed course sits on hilly land. The layout is fascinating. No two holes feel similar. Only two holes have water, but there is significant sand. Dense woods of pine and evergreen border the fairways. The rolling fairways and natural layout give the golf course a Carolinas feel. The par 5s are all in the 500- to 550-yard range. The par 3s are all approximately the same distance, running 180 to 190 yards from the back tees, and 150 to 160 yards from the white tees. DeBary is one of the few Clifton golf courses that do not top out at more than 7,000 yards.

Always good
Debary is always a great place to play. Even with all the rain lately they do great to take care of it.
Nice but lots of standing water
The course was nice, in pretty good condition but had lots of standing water. They did a nice job roping things off to keep carts out of wet areas but it did not require a lot of extra walking. The greens were super smooth and very fast, some of the best I have played in a while. I would recommend you give this course a try

Great day at Debary Golf and Country Club
The very first comment I would like to make is how professional and caring Adam was in the pro shop. Very easy going and accommodating. If you need someone to make recommendations and re-shaft your clubs you will find no one better.
Course conditions: We have experienced a great deal of rain over the past weeks. However the fairways were in good shape and the greens were like glass and rolling very true. Absolutely love the undulation and speed of these greens.
Pace of play was terriffic! We ran into a foursome on the second hole and they and were kind enough to let us through. We did not see anyone the rest of the day.
I would highly recommend this course.

Decent Underwater Course
Lots of standing water on the course made it like playing in a swamp. The greens were gods though... decent day.

Standing Water everywhere
Course layout is good, greens fast as can be. Too firm for my liking, pace of play was slow. Worst part was the water everywhere. This course does NOT drain well at all. If it rains don’t play here. Course is good, but play when dry.

Good place to play
Debary is a good place to play a challenging round of golf. The course offers plenty of options for the person that is looking to sharpen their skills. If you spray the ball left or right you will be in for a long day. This course will penalize you if you miss fairways, so keep it in the short grass. Again I say Debary is a good place to play.

Fun course
Remind me of twin rivers with tight layouts and shot placement is crucial. Course has huge drainage issues and there is free standing water everywhere with all the rain we have been getting. Good value and overall fun course

Nice course
Fairways and greens are in great shape. Greens are fast and rolling good. Some t-boxes are dried out, hopefully they can bring them back. Overall good course with some challenging shots, if you have not played it now is the time with current conditions.

FUN
I have play here often and the course was in very good shape. Greens look great ( I cant putt worth a sh_ _ so that's all I will say about that). I had a great time with my friend Dave. All in all had a go score and a laugh or too.
