About
DeBary Golf & Country Club, a Lloyd Clifton-designed course sits on hilly land. The layout is fascinating. No two holes feel similar. Only two holes have water, but there is significant sand. Dense woods of pine and evergreen border the fairways. The rolling fairways and natural layout give the golf course a Carolinas feel. The par 5s are all in the 500- to 550-yard range. The par 3s are all approximately the same distance, running 180 to 190 yards from the back tees, and 150 to 160 yards from the white tees. DeBary is one of the few Clifton golf courses that do not top out at more than 7,000 yards.

FUN
I have play here often and the course was in very good shape. Greens look great ( I cant putt worth a sh_ _ so that's all I will say about that). I had a great time with my friend Dave. All in all had a go score and a laugh or too.

Greens in excellent condition... fast, hard, true.
Fairways okay. Rough uneven. Pace of play 3 hours, Very friendly staff.

Nice course, fun to play.
Fairways and greens are good, t-boxes are drying out, some have no grass. Very hot day, no one in sight, played in 3hrs.

Great layout. Condition of the course very good. Some standing water in blind spots on backside. Pace was good. Greens were tricky. Fun to play , good shots were well rewarded.

Nice layout with hills
Really enjoyed this course the layout is fantastic really like the hills as a change of pace and Central Florida and the greens were exceptional

still a favorite
Some standing pools of water on course due to excess rains, still very playable, greens very nice, great design...not easy.

Great track
Played for the first time. Greens were great and the layout is very fun. Greens will probably be pretty quick once they dry up. Will definitely be back. Little flooding on some holes. Likely from all the rain but they were actively pumping to get it all cleaned up. Little gem for the area.

Enjoyable
Course is in very nice shape greens were in great condition. The Pace of play was very good played 18 in under 3 hours.

Great Course
First time I played the course and it is now my favorite in Volusia County. The course is in great condition as were the greens. The other players we ran into were very cordial and friendly. The staff was fabulous as well. Can’t wait to come back!
