DeBary Golf & Country Club

Debary is a good option if you are in NE Orlando. Greens and bunkers were good, fairways fine. Nice staff and pace of play on a Tuesday was great. Much more elevation change than I expected and some cool holes (9 is awesome). A little more OB surrounding the holes than I like, but it's only in play on really bad shots. Overall a nice experience and great value for ClubCorp members.

The course was in good conditions. Greens were in good shape..

Front 9 very slow pace needed to skip a couple holes eventually. . Course conditions excellent despite lots of afternoon rain. Overall one of the best courses for the money in the northeast of Orlando area. Fun course! Both challenging for the better players and attractive to beginners.

Over 5 hours to play a round. There was a group of 6 in front of us that held us up all day. Even a call to the pro shop didn’t speed anything up or get us past them.

I don't typically write reviews, but this course deserves the extra attention. It's a hidden Gem in central Florida, I've played over 20 courses this year alone and I fell in love with Debarry CC. Greens roll fast and true, tons of hills and undulation, super green and wide fairways, decently forgiving course. Bunkers could use some attention, but I wasn't in them very much ;)

I have played this course off and on for years, always liked the layout, it was always about the condition..they have put alot of effort into getting it back in shape..my son hasent played there in some time and commented more than once on how nice the course looked . Your greens are rolling great and the fairways are plush, had a great time.

It was very slow play today. Over 5 hrs to finish the round.

Finally a course you can hit every club in your bag. Shot 38/38. For not ever seeing this track, it definitely can play down with the right angles of attack. Just a great test from the back tees.

The course is really getting in very good condition. It will be about 2 more weeks in my opinion.

Good pace of play even when we caught the guys ahead of us. Greens were in good shape not the fastest but rolled nicely. Traps were pretty well placed and you could get out. Fairways were in good shape and bad areas were sanded. Tees were being plugged on the day we played which tells me they are trying to keep the course up. Would go back again at the Hot Deal price.

DeBary Golf & Country Club is a fairly average venue. It's on the outskirts of Orlando (~30 min north) and there isn't much going on around the property. The clubhouse and amenities fall in line with the average rating, along with the conditions of the tee boxes, fairways and bunkers. However, the greens were outstanding. They were running at about a 10.5 the day we played and are clearly the standout of this course. Overall, the course is challenging enough to warrant a play. If you are in the area, it's worth a stop. All the staff members were very friendly as well.

As usual, course was in very good condition. Love playing here!

Will be playing this course more often and recommend to any golfer!
