Great course
I try to play George Dunne a few times a year. Weather was cool 41f but only about 8 people on the course. About 4 GolfNow tee times for 34 dollars the rest were over 60 dollars to much for this time of year.. a real championship course where you can only see the hole you are playing. So great layout nice greens good bunkers.
Also it is long from the back over 7,000 yards I play the whites about 6,200. It’s a fun course with plenty of challenges
Good Course, scenic
This property is not littered with any homes. It’s a gem of a course close to downtown. Many holes are surrounded by forest preserve and deer sightings are common. There are water hazards on several holes and some tight fairways so your tee shots really matter. My only complaint is the bunkers have not been raked in what seemed to be since 1969. It was still a great day in late November. I will play here again and again. Dan
This course has great features
Always enjoy playing this course, a great layout. End of year conditions so balls hard to find in the leaves and bunkers almost not playable but greens nice and fairly fast.

This is a Great Course with a challenging layout! Course is always in good shape except for the bunkers which is pretty common in the area. Staff is always great, friendly and professional!!!
Great find
Cart great for Wet weather golf. Actually saw lot a deer including a buck with antlers .
What a waste
How do you charge $75 on a course w/hard fairways, bouncing greens and sand bunkers as hard as concrete. Straight trash. If you got nothing to do, go to Dunne an waste 5 1/2 hours of your life
Tough guy employee is a jerk
Spent too much to play here first off to be treated how we were. We were finishing up playing at a steady pace. The ranger was riding with us, talking, having a good time, so clearly we were doing nothing wrong. Finished up our last hole and then some wanna be tough guy greased hair jerk worker comes out yelling at us saying we’re slowing people up. Total buzz kill at the end of our friend group annual tourney. Hope that guy gets run over by a cart and or hit in the head with a drive. Cancelling my membership and never returning. Go to a different course.
Very good condition-sand traps need some TLC
Staff, fairways, and greens were all great. Sand trap were in serious need of more sand. Definitely worth playing.

Nice challenge
Excellent layout, good value many bunkers. Bunkers are hard and feel like concrete more than like sand. Fairways and greens are in pretty good condition. Love this course.

In hindsight, we were caught off guard that your tie-breaker on the 9th was for all 12 of your participants! We want to make sure pace-of-play is reasonable for all of our golfers, so when we observed folks coming up the fairway and waiting on the group, we acted to move things along.
