Course is always nice
I have been playing this course since I was a kid and this course has always been definitely one of the most up-kept course around the areas. Greens/tees/fairways/bunkers were all in great condition for how dry it has been and for the price you pay. Range/practice areas are always great and they were even low on carts but the starter was pumping them out every few mins and sending each group off one by one. Course is always challenging and makes you hit a good tee shot. Would recommend to anyone to play and I will be back!
Nice course, but...
I love Bloomy and have always enjoyed the layout. But I now have to question staff integrity. Left my range finder on the cart when finished, my bad. The cart attendant was right there when I dropped my cart. I realized what I had done 2 days later and called the course immediately to be told that nothing had been turned in, but they would put my name on a list and let me know if it showed up. I returned to the course 2 days later to check in person, again told nothing turned in and they'd add me to the list that he showed me, my info was not on the list as I had been told 2 days earlier. Just makes me question the whole staff - really wish I felt different, but...
Nice Course
Weather was great the day we played and the course was in very good condition. I would highly recommend player this course if you are in the area.
Greens in great condition
Course is in really good condition greens are great a little slow but are consistent. The practice green and chipping area are second to none in the area. Range not great but love the short game area
Good Challenge
First of all the staff was excellent. Thomas in the pro shop was great. He accommodated me when I showed up for tee time only to find out that person who assisted me at Golfnow had booked me for the wrong day. She asked me if I wanted to play golf on that day and I said yes, but she mistakenly booked me for the next day. But he not only hooked me up a tee time but gave me a good deal on the rate as well. It had been over 20 years since I last played Bloomingdale Golfers Club since I live in Texas, but I was pleasantly surprised by the layout and the condition was really good. The greens were in great shape and the fairways good as well. I will definitely play this course again.
