The stunning fourth. Tricky, strategic and exhilarating. Yet fatal on the left side. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 04/23/2021

Eight. Bold 3-par of 204. You’ll need a fine tee shot to keep the wolf at the door. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 04/23/2021

Eleven. Solid tee-to-green test. Hitting and putting this green are the keys. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 04/23/2021

Thirteen: Wedging into a green pared down to essentials: a frontal bunker, a narrowing surface, then a big backside falloff. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 04/23/2021

Sixteen. Dr. Hurdzan’s greens resemble those of Donald Ross: crafted, meticulous, well-contoured. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 04/23/2021

Eighteen. #2 index. Problems galore. As at all par-5’s here, playing the angles well may save you from disaster. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 04/23/2021

tough course due to the hilly terrain
I enjoyed playing this course and for $ 29 it was worth it which included the cart. It was a bit far out to get to. The greens rolled nice and the fairways were in good shape especially for mid April in PA. My only complaint is that the greens can be a bit unfair due to some tough pin placements because the greens had alot of sloe in them
Enjoyable Course
Challenging course, lot sof elevation changes and tough greens. Good shape for early in the season. Will definitely play it again!!
A little hilly for my taste
Took this 66 mile roadtrip on a nice spring day. I do like a link-style course but don't much care for all the peaks and valleys. and the greens were just aireated a short time ago so putting was somewhat at a premium. Overall, the course was in good shape for being early in the season. Might come back in the fall if the price is right.
Many interesting holes
This is a great course. It's fairly open, but still quite challenging. It's a hilly course, with some water holes. All in all it was very enjoyable.
great course layout and conditions.
Pilgrims Oak would cost you double if situated near civilization but since it's tucked away in Amish farmland a short drive reveals a wonderful course at a reasonable fee. The course is wide open but poses challenges in the form of water , terrain and bunkers. Conditions have always been favorable , even in winter. After you enjoy Pilgrims your next outing should be Tanglewood manor which is 5 mi. down the road and equally enjoyable. If part of your game is refreshments then BYOB cause both courses are dry. Just sayin'....
Very Nice Experience
Like playing in wind and elevation this one is for you. Challenging but not scary difficult. I liked playing there and will definitely go out to play it again soon.
