Stonebridge golf course
Great course that well maintained. It started raining after my first 5 holes. Third to finished but was only able to finish 8. Got a rain check for 9 holes. Will probably go next week and play.
Cut the grass
I gave up on 4 balls that rolled into the 8" first cut.. Plus the mounds of old grass clippings made for a tough day finding balls. Sand on the greens, and a heat index of 102 made me wish I had chosen another course ...
We apologize that your experience was less than favorable while playing here. While there should be no excuses for us to not always be in top playing conditions we had recently Aerified our greens and did a light top dress this morning. We also had 16 inches of rain during a 14 day span that caused us to fall behind on mowing. Please accept our invitation to come back next week and play us again at no charge. Stonebridge has an excellent staff top to bottom who are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.The course is well maintained even with the heat and rain.

Great Course for Great Price
Some of these narrow fairways are very underrated. In addition, the par 5’s are challenging but allow for great scoring opportunities. I loved my experience here.

Bad greens
We are going into June and they have not done what is needed for the greens to roll good. I can only give a 3 Star rating, because I have played here when the greens were great .

Course is much better than before
Greens were very bumpy before from weeds, I guess,

Very good value
The course was COVID ready. Sanitized carts, pro shop door propped open, pro shop worker behind plexiglass, and the holes adjusted so you didn’t have to touch the pin.
We were a twosome that teed off around 11:00. Pace of play was great. The course was in very good condition. The greens played hard and fast. Putts rolled very true.

Wasted Layout
The worst greens I’ve ever played. There’s a jerk who lives by the green on 6. God forbid the wind push a ball into his back yard. He acts like he’s living on 6 acres of land. Wouldn’t recommend you wasting money here anytime soon. Take my word, play Joey B or Lakewood. Same rates and much better shape.

The layout is nice. Fairways in good shape. The greens are not in good shape. Needs a few weeks for grass to take hold.

Great layout and Challenging
I have played this course multiple times the putting green was closed unfortunately when I played but the range was in great shape, the course is beautiful and the lay out the course is challenging but fun holes 4, 7 and 16 are by far the best this course can offer.

Needs work
Arrived at 7:15 for an 8:12 tee time. The parking lot was empty. The entry into the clubhouse had my hopes high because if the course matched the bar, it would be TPC level. Sadly, it did not. The tee boxes were set back far enough that to be behind the marker my back foot was on the edge of the slope. Several holes had broken markers. Fairways were in good condition and the layout was challenging. Several bunkers were empty of sand and being rebuilt. The greens were in terrible condition with new grass growing in clumps that caused the ball to bounce, making putting impossible without luck. One hole had a large sand area ON THE GREEN. Other than the above issues, the course is pretty and should be beautiful in a month or two if the work is completed.
