Nice course, long waits
Expect to play a 5 hour game here minimum with the amount of people backed up in the course and extremely slow pace of play by most groups , fun course though, nice views and it is definitely walkable but I probably wouldn’t walk it again with all the hills.

First up $20 cart fee for a single if you use online reservations that do not let you ride. Because the fairways and rough are so poorly maintained / watered, perfectly good shots can be lost in the weeds. Some of the greens have a lot of slope and the pins are placed on the slope where the ball cannot stop as the grass gets stepped on. The course is short and the front 9 is very short from all tees and should only be played from the back tees except shorter hitters will not make it to the fairway.

Good: convenient, ok price, kind of a cool layout. Bad: fairways, tee boxes, carts, bunkers are terrible, Go somewhere else.

Fun but in poor condition
Everything is a little bit tired here. The carts are disgusting and not kept clean. But the tee boxes and greens were decent and the wildlife was amazing!
It’s hard to keep up with some of the great golf courses in our area but this was a fun day and I would play it again.
