Stay on fairway
Greens are nice, tee boxes good, but many tee boxes combined the blue and white marker, making distance on some holes too short. Main issue is if you happen to land off the fairways, usually you are going to lose your ball.

Good quick round
Played in just over 3 hours walking. The course is in pretty good shape and the weather was great. Still have mixed feelings about the layout. There are so many holes where you have obstructed views off the tee. There are also a ton of uphill holes. I mean way uphill. Overall I like it, but it is an odd course.

Good value for the price
This is a good middle-of-road course, and perfect to get some practice holes in. The staff was very friendly. If you miss the fairway you'll struggle to find and hit your ball with all the overgrown weeds and mulch.
I paid $39, and would say for the price, it's a good course.

Terrible all around
This course was not well maintained at all. They were way backed up and everyone was playing top of each other.
There was even some kind of poop on the green at the 5th hole with a cigarette in it.

Course is very “rough around the edges”
Pros;
Tight course requires precision
Short game practice
Greens were in decent condition
Couple of fun par threes
Very short and confidence building par 4s and 5s
Challenging because it’s tight
Cons:
Dying grass everywhere
Long grass in tee boxes (maybe seasonal due to over seeding)
Blind tee boxes
Carts are falling apart
Concrete or pure mud bunkers None of them had sand
Not much separation between fairways. Balls from blind tee boxes going towards you.
Rocks dirt or mud on the course.
Overall this place is falling (has fallen) apart. I don’t know if it was nice before but it isn’t now. It would be best valued at 20$ with a cart. Wont be playing there again. Maybe recommend for new player who doesn’t keep score or not worried about course conditions but the price would need to be cut in half.

No. No. No.
Tees are garbage. The fairways are like light rough. The bunkers are holes of dirt with grass. The greens are ok. The layoout is confusing and downright terrible. Don’t waste your money. But the staff is nice. And the clubhouse smells like urine.

Sand bunkers need a lot of help it is just hard dirt.

Goat path is being nice
One hour late waiting for a cart. Layout and design is very poor. Par 3's are to long and Par 4's are to short.
If you missed the unkept fairway your ball was lost in garbage. Pace of play was so slow for all the balls that missed the fairway. To many blind shots with very few yardage markers. The yardage on the T-box is not accurate at all.
