Chula Vista Golf Course

This course barely qualifies as such. The greens are the only things that are green. 80% of the rest is dirt. Won’t make that mistake again

The staff were very nice. The course was not very busy at 10 on a Monday so pace of play was good. The course had several holes under maintenance and the greens had been aerated and sanded recently. The tee boxes and fairways were in rough shape. Overall , for the cost is was a good course to get in a quick round.

Like it but fairway not good but greens really good liked to play their it's getting in shape

25 bucks for a twilight round should include the cart. Conditions are terrible, hit good shots down fairways and end up in terrible second shot position. Don’t you dare ride though, because all of a sudden your fee has close to doubled. 25 for a Tl round but plus a 18 dollar cart fee is crazy. Include the cart.

Worst shape I have ever played. Marshall didn't care they 2 groups had to skip 11 to play in a timely manner.

The course is a desert wasteland. Fifty percent of the course is dirt and animal holes. Definitely not somewhere you can safely "play it as it lies".

It is a Muni Course that is all beat up but if you know that going in and can get a low cost tee time then its ok. Some holes are literrally all dirt (Hole 4). You’ll need to give yourself a preferred lie on every hole. If they can actaully get some grass to grow it’ll be nice. They sometimes let 5somes on the course. Pace of play will be slow. If you have really really low expectations you won’t get as aggravated.

5) nobody adjust group delay ( previous 3-4 hole empty)

I play chula vista golf every weekend. But every thing worse and worse.

To improve golf course. Manager or staff need change. Golf is etiquit sports. But chula vista really bad now.

Horrible greens (flowering on many, really?), dirt tees, and rock hard fairways (aided with my bouncing 235 approach on 12 tho for an eagle putt!)

Waited on every shot but still 5 hr Sat so ok.

Staff is nice but course is in awful conditions. Looks like they forgot to convert back to grass after a motocross event. Greens look like it got a bad haircut

Overall, the course is in poor condition, bare fairways, uneven tee-boxes, bunkers like concrete at low points, slow greens. There is a reason I very rarely play this course.
