dog track
You get what you pay for. I played this course 3 yrs ago, and forgot the name of it when i booked this time. As soon as I rolled in, I knew if was the dog track that i vowed to avoid. No grass in fairways or rough, but greens rolled well. I couldn't book another course on day and time so wound up here. Next time I'll go fishing.
First light
Love getting out early as a single, this course is a blast love the openness oof tge course the greens are rolling true fairways are firm and the rough is not overly problematic.
The staff are on point and helpful.
I will be booking a first light tee time next week.
Slow round and dry fairways with bumpy greens
Course allowed 2 groups of 5 to tee off ahead of our group of 3. Waiting 10 minutes after our tee time to tee off and 5-10 minutes on literally every shot thereafter. Course needs to do a better job maintaining and enforcing pace of play. 5+ hours on a Monday morning is ridiculous. Took 3 hours to get through 10 holes. Fairways were dry but OK, greens were bumpy and had countless unfixed pitch marks. Not looking to return

Course and greens in good condition. Fairways so bumpy that my Range Finder flew off a few times.

Fairways need work. Yardage markers non existents. Greens are in good shape. Layout is good.

Play it now
With multiple inches of rain this winter, the course is really green. It's a thinking player's layout and there are plenty of scoring chances. Play it now before the heat takes a toll.

Great weather
We had a great time and it started with the starter. He arranged our start among twosomes so we weren’t crowded or rushed and they weren’t standing waiting for us. Very good group of guys.

Clean It Up
Very disappointing round at Cottonwood yesterday. The tee boxes were like hitting from the rough and they were uneven and just flat out trashy. The course conditions were the same. The ONLY credit I will give them is their greens are pretty much all well kept except for a couple of holes. Overall, I would have rather paid $10 more and played a much better course. Sad because this place used to be extremely well kept once upon a time.

Great Day at Cottonwood
My husband and I played here on Valentines Day, a few years ago, and honestly compared to the last time I played here over a year ago when the fairways and tee boxss were a mess, our round on 2/14 was amazing. We played a fun round. The pace was good. Everyone was friendly The fairways were in good shape. We had a great time! .

Cottonwood
Course was in good condition. They were short of golf carts so part of our group walked. Each tee box had 3 groups, one on the tee box and two groups waiting to tee off. We were only able to get 9 holes in before dusk due to slow play but paid for 18.

Golf at reasonable Rate
For the price Cottonwood offers a great golf experience. Fairways are green and cut well, reasonable rough, however off the first cut can be a little dicey. Undulation on the course gives some unique challenges. Greens rolled true and if hit right held nicely. A relatively flat course to walk with some challenges to test your ability to control your shots.
