About
Located in Green Valley just a short drive south of Tucson, lies San Ignacio Golf Club. An Arthur Hills design, San Ignacio features well placed grass bunkers, dynamically shaped Bermuda fairways and some of the smoothest greens in Arizona. Known for the friendly nature of the course and the staff, San Ignacio is a favorite among the locals from the retirement community of Green Valley and nearby Tucson. The way the course rests naturally among the canyons, ridges and arroyos of the Santa Cruz River Valley pays tribute to the desert and the commanding views of the surrounding mountains. But be aware, the course can play very tight and any errant shot can fall short into many waiting greenside bunkers.

I love this course. Fun to play and it will challenge good players. My favorite course in Green Valley.
Hidden gem
Surprised I've never played here before. Course layout was very difficult but enjoyed it nonetheless. All the staff were very friendly. Will come again

Amazing
I can’t believe I have never played here. I will definitely be coming back. The course is beautiful and laid out to provide a nice challenge. Greens were perfect along with the fairways.

Slow day
They sold tee times behind a group of 72 very young golfers. We arrived at the tee for our third hole over an hour after teeing off. The pace was glacial. We had no chance at 18, we barely made 9 holes. They never should have sold us our tee time. A very disappointing time at a course I really like..

A don’t miss
This was my second time playing this course since overseeding and it is in very good condition. The greens are in excellent shape and I played in under four hours. This course is a bargain and a treat to play.

Nice Track
Golf course is looking good. Some fairways, 18, still need work but very good overall. Greens slow, just need cut and roll.

In good shape after overseed.
See the title!! Greens nice and smooth and not too fuzzy. However I spent a lot of time fixing other people's divots and ball marks.

Excellent day’s golf on a well prepared course
This is a course we have played before and very much enjoyed. It was the first day the course was open after over-seeding. The course looked great, very green and well mowed. The greens were a bit slow but this was expected. The pace of play was a little slow because it was carts only on the path. We didn’t mind because the course was very quiet after a light shower. The practice facilities were in outstanding condition and a joy to experience.

Course and course layout was great. I rated it a 3 for course condition because they were just getting it ready for over seeding. I will definitely go back so I can re-rate the course when it is at its best condition.
