Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club - Ghost Creek Course

Course was in beautiful condition, running firm and fast.. Greens were fast and smooth. Some of the pins were tucked in challenging places. Pace of play was fairly slow likely from being a busy Sunday afternoon.

Ghost Creek is one of my favorite courses. The white tee length is a challenge, but manageable. The greens are fast, firm, and smooth with accessible pins. A low score must be earned.

What a fun surprise and far better than expected. It’s very walkable and carts are high end like a private course.

There was outside staff.to assist even with Covid. The staff assisted finding water for self provided towels. Range has included practice balls and a good putting and chipping area. Sand traps also very good. The course was in fantastic shape w hard greens and immaculate fairways. It was a real joy to play. Especially after a disappointing round at The Reserve.

Excellent facility with staff very friendly and accommodating. Driving range is one of the best I have ever used despite the mats for irons. Putting green was excellent with a variety of putts available. The chipping green was a bit small but in excellent shape. Golf course condition was exceptional and the greens were perfect. I will definitely return next time I come up.

In all honesty, the course was probably in some of the best shape I've ever seen it. However, pace of play was well over 5 1/2 hours. Tee time was delayed about 25 minutes, pace was atrocious. Saw the beverage cart once, and the marshal was nowhere to be found.

Based on the fees you pay to play here, pumpkin should be a better experience than that. I usually play a couple times a year but won't be back anytime soon after this debacle.

The course was in tremendous condition (especially considering it rained quite heavily throughout the night and into the early morning). Tee’d off at 0822 (it rained from 1900 previous day up to around 0600 day of play) - and the fairways had roll / runout! I was shocked. The course played very dry. The greens were pure! They had aerated within the last three weeks, but all that remained were very subtle traces of sand on the golf ball when on the green. Easily wiped away with towel. The greens were billiard table smooth. Shot my best ever round (anywhere), an 86! Great day, course was great, staff was great - another 5/5, 10/10 experience at PRGC!

Ghost Creek remains my favorite course in the Portland area. Even for early April the course was very walkable, and in great shape!

The course was in excellent condition. Balls were easy to find in the rough, fairways were firm, and greens firm and fast. Sandtraps were raked and groomed. The only negative was the restriction of golf carts to the cart paths, slowing play excessively.

Out 30 minutes past scheduled Tee Time...

Driving range closed??

No Starter as the 10 tee was a Circus with no one taking control of 12 golfers who all had similar Tee Times

Had to wait for a golf cart for 20 minutes...

My expectations were not met especially to play a high end reputable golf course.
