Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club - Ghost Creek Course

Course had a frost delay, unavoidable this time of year which they let me know of by email which was a plus. Whole course had been aerated and sanded, but greens were still rolling pretty good. Rest of the course was very soggy though, softer than any other course I have played this year in the metro area. Several embedded balls which were difficult to find. Fun round but I should have known to wait til later in the year to play here.

Horrible weather, but the staff was fabulous allowing a try at playing then a credit to come back when the weather gets better.

The greens were sanded. Our whole group lost balls in the fairway and just off in the first cut. The back wasn’t playing as sloppy as the front but the greens were slow and unpredictable due to the sand. We haven’t played the course in 16 years. Love the layout but couldn’t find our balls any where due to them being plugged

Absolutely beautiful course, not a blade of grass out of sync. We played 2-6-2021 and even though it rained for 8 days straight and was raining all round the course was very firm, the greens were perfect, although some areas were wet and muddy due to conditions, it still was very playable. The layout is perfect for the below average and average players, but also challenging for everyday players. With twist and turns, ups and downs, and the rolling hills make this place a scenic adventure. This place is highly recommend, the practice facilities are took notch and the club house is very upscale. The staff is super friendly, trust me when I say I was uncomfortable walking in, thinking “wow this place is way too nice fir me to be playing here”. The staff made those fears vanish instantly, very outgoing and friendly from the clubhouse to the starter to the maintenance crew. I highly recommend to all levels of players. It’s honestly one of the nicest courses I’ve ever played. With the best staff I will definitely recommend this to anyone and will be coming back for a long time.

Great course, but the water drainage is not good. Water sits everywhere on the course. Greens were great for it being winter. Will play this course only in the summer.

Had an amazing day on the course!! beside it being a swamp out there due to a extreme rain a couple days prior, the course was great.

Title says most of it. I love pumpkin but treacherous to navigate in the winter mud.

For a 12:10 tee time we barely finished before sun down. Majority of holes we had to wait extended periods of time. Groups in front mixed with walkers and carts had terrible pace. The round took 4.5 hours for 2 of us. Course was very wet and soggy. Greens were in great shape. Fairways were mostly great considering recent rain, some holes worse than others. Great staff in the shop and lounge!

This course is amazing, even when we have had rain the last couple days the greens and fairways are still amazing. If you are in the area this course is a must.
