About
LakeRidge Golf Course is a Robert Trent Jones course that has consistently been voted the "Best of Reno" ever since it first opened in 1969. Though the course sits less than five miles from downtown, the surrounding mountains provide a tucked-away feel. There are some stunning views from the elevated tees but don't get too distracted, this challenging course demands your attention. Mature trees tower over the fairways but they are thankfully wide enough to offer a little room for error. Water comes into play frequently and there are strategically placed bunkers lurking along the undulating greens. Accuracy is essential at LakeRidge Golf Course. The signature hole is the par-3 15th. This tee sits atop a rocky ridge that is perched 140 feet above Lake Stanley. You'll be playing downhill to an island green on this challenging but scenic hole.

Great course
I really enjoyed playing this course. Everything is very well up kept. I will be playing here more often.
Lakeridge
Lakeridge is a beautiful golf course, especially hole #15, the island green. Greens are very small, so need to be careful with your shots. Lots of water on the course.
Social distancing??
The course is always in great shape staff always friendly but the restaurant was packed with absolutely no social distancing
Wonderful condition.
The time off for the course has let the maintenance crew bring this course up to the glory and potential it has always had in it. What a great experience. Thank you the the great time to all of the Lakerigde staff.
Love the course layout. Usually in decent condition.
Major pace of play issues.
Always waiting 5-10 sometimes 15 minutes on every tee. Even during the week.
Maybe overbooked?
Great conditions
The course was in excellent condition as it has not been played by anyone for about a month. The pace of play was slow, which is to be expected sense it was their first day open during lockdown.
They did have a beverage cart and flagpoles in all greens.
Bunkers, fairways, and greens are all in great shape.
Tough times
Nice to be able to play......shallow cups and no flagsticks......could have used a location chart or just leave flags in

Pace was a little slow but everything else was great
green course in Feb
Had a great time on the course with the group that I was with. Pace of lay slowed way down on the last three holes, but nonetheless a fun round of golf on a perfect sunny day.

Take advantage of the warm days
This is an awesome course. The fairways and heavy rough are cut low which helps with the carry after a shot. The putting is as challenging as ever. Come out and play here today.
It is one of the more aesthetically pleasing courses in northern Nevada. As always, it was in really good shape even for February.
