About
LakeRidge Golf Course is a Robert Trent Jones course that has consistently been voted the "Best of Reno" ever since it first opened in 1969. Though the course sits less than five miles from downtown, the surrounding mountains provide a tucked-away feel. There are some stunning views from the elevated tees but don't get too distracted, this challenging course demands your attention. Mature trees tower over the fairways but they are thankfully wide enough to offer a little room for error. Water comes into play frequently and there are strategically placed bunkers lurking along the undulating greens. Accuracy is essential at LakeRidge Golf Course. The signature hole is the par-3 15th. This tee sits atop a rocky ridge that is perched 140 feet above Lake Stanley. You'll be playing downhill to an island green on this challenging but scenic hole.

Always great views in a city setting
Sunday twilight and the pace of play was slow, but staff was very understanding and accommodating and ensured we could move past slower players and play a few extra holes to our intended 9holes
Great layout
Course played soft, could be because of over watering. Needs a driving range.
Great Course and Value
It is a great course with a moderate level of difficulty for my wife and i. The staff is always a pleasure and willing to assist with any question.

Nice Greens
Love lakeridge, staff is always very kind. The greens are in excellent shape, receptive and fast. The heatwave did some damage to a few places in the fairways so a handful of brown patches and some spots are overwatered/muddied. The geese nuggets are getting a little out of control as well. Overall still a nice place to play

Excellent course should be able to golf more then 9 for twilight..
Gorgeous day, slow pace
Course is looking great, staff was out watering greens and fairways midday to keep them healthy. Even with the watering the greens were still quick, couple of tough pin placements. Pace was slower than usual but that can be expected on Father’s Day. The chicken wrap from the clubhouse smacked.
Very nice course loved hole #15 and Emily the cart girl she was very cool
I would definitely comeback and play this course it’s beautiful
No Range
The removal of the driving range is a joke. Charge top dollar to hit into a cage like baseball. Too much money for what it is.
