About
Located in the east valley, the Sunland Village Golf Course is an 18-hole course with a traditional layout. The semi-rolling landscape of the course features subtle elevation changes and tall, mature trees sprinkled throughout. The medium-sized greens are slightly undulating and the fairways are tree-lined. There are also ponds on the course that come into play on many holes. A notable hole is the par-3 16th. It is a mere 86 yards, but it requires a precise shot past water to the green. The Sunland Village Golf Course facility has three different putting and chipping greens for golfers to use as well as a driving range.

the perfect 2.5 hour round of golf. Work your game without the stress of a large 7000 yard course
Restaurant and Pro Shop not on the same page
I asked about getting a cooler with some ice in it since it was 108 degrees. The pro shop said I could get it free from the restaurant. When I went in to the restaurant they wanted to give me a plastic bag with some ice in it! How crazy is that? It would just melt in a few minutes. They said they could not give me a small cooler unless I ordered some beer to go in it. They would not accept my request to put Gatorade in it since I don't drink. The woman was not happy but finally agreed to give me the cooler if I bought one beer. So, I gave the beer to the pro shop guy. But clearly they are not clear even though they are in the same small building, The restaurant lady clearly was not concerned about me being practically the only golfer on the course in the hot late morning. Suffice it to say, I did not order lunch from the restaurant.
It's a mature executive course with trees and shade. two holes with water. Greens are good that have very little undulation to them. The downside is for summer play their green fees are too high and they also do not provide a cooler nor ice either. Another course by the same builder and just as nice "Farnsworth Sunland Village East" is cheaper and they do provide coolers and ice.
CALL THE COURSE
I have to call the course to get a tee time. This is a great little executive course but if you try to go through golf pass it always says there aren’t any times available. Summer in AZ? Always time!!!
Airiating while playing
I’m sure this plan would have been nice but they were airaiting thing the course while we were playing.
