About
Located in the east valley, the Sunland Village Golf Course is an 18-hole course with a traditional layout. The semi-rolling landscape of the course features subtle elevation changes and tall, mature trees sprinkled throughout. The medium-sized greens are slightly undulating and the fairways are tree-lined. There are also ponds on the course that come into play on many holes. A notable hole is the par-3 16th. It is a mere 86 yards, but it requires a precise shot past water to the green. The Sunland Village Golf Course facility has three different putting and chipping greens for golfers to use as well as a driving range.

Access for non-members
Sunland is a busy course and it is generally difficult to get a tee time if you are not a member or in a league. We appreciate the shot-gun start approach as it opens up more opportunities for us to play this course.
relaxing
Are you tired of greens that are so challenging that your normal PG rated speech turns to X rated? Then you need Sunland Village. Where putts mostly go straight - and where birdies are makable. A quaint course that allows you 11,000 steps (if walking) on your Fitness App and a layout that is pleasing to the eye. Where you can leave your sand wedge home and by the end of the round, feel like your golf game is not too bad!
It’s a short course in fairly good shape. Many large n easy rolling n accepting greens with traps n water to create a stir if you’re not hitting the right area.
Easy to walk n in reasonable condition considering the traffic it gets.
Helpful n friendly staff.
Great Course
The pro shop was very friendly! The restaurant with server Andy was amazing! Food was good also! Course was what I wanted on a beautiful December afternoon!

This Executive 18 hole course is very well maintained and Professional run by great staff!
Greens and fairways
Just came out of overseeding and I understand it's not perfect. Little couple spots on the greens. Little thin on the fairway is just a couple spots that are didn't hold yet. They've done a really nice job on it. Another couple weeks that'll be the place to golf
Poor communication
When somebody makes an online reservation, there should be more information on what they’re about to get into. We made the reservation for 12:06 PM and didn’t get on the course to play until 12:30 because we were told they were doing a shotgun style. Plus, they also told us that we were only playing the same nine holes twice, plus we were cartpath only. None of these things were told to us before the reservations were made. Will not be going back to this course.

The experience was wonderful.had lots of fun, no back ups.
Short track - but fun to play
Didn’t realize this course is only a par 63 with a lot of par 3 holes, but for the Golfnow rate of $18 I have no complaints whatsoever. It was fun layout with varied distances on the par 3’s, two of the par 4’s were 245 yards and driveable with a 3 wood. I prefer to play a regular par 72 course, but would definitely not hesitate to go back and play here anytime.
