About
The Viewpoint Golf Resort offers both a championship course as well as an executive golf course. The Championship Course provides a fair test of skill of golfers of any skill level with generous, rolling fairways lined with trees and some greens that are severely sloped from back to front. With numerous sand bunkers and water hazards that come into play in the form of three lakes and a small creek, the course definitely makes strategic shot-making a priority. The course also provides a scenic atmosphere for the game with panoramic mountain views and cascading waterfalls throughout. Viewpoint Golf Resort's Championship course is easy to walk and there are four sets of tees for a variety of different golfing options.

Cost
In the past years viewpoint charged less for walking. We were told this policy has ended. This makes the course less of a value.
Nice Course Nice Conditions
Really nice course, it was in superb shape. No complaints! I'll definitely be back!
SLOW
I made the mistake to book a tee time on the weekend. 5 1/2 hours!! Course is in good shape after oversees.
Good Course, Good Layout and Good Value
Nice hidden gem in Mesa. The layout is not boring, good conditions, not difficult, short course and good value.
Nice Old School Course
This is a short 71 par course. Some par 4 are reachable with a long drive. The greens were nice but slow. Grass was long so outs were moving as fast. Fairways were decent. No major issues. We played and it was “car path only” so a bit of a walk if you aren’t on the fairway. Overall, it was good.
Go to place for Golf
Been playing Viewpoint all summer and just played after re-opening. Course was in good shape, greens nice. Course is very forgiving and still a challenge. Got a good work out as it was cart paths only. Plan on coming back next week. Best value in my opinion.
Grumpy
I love this course however, the fairways were mowed down in preparation for overseeding , which I understand. The Lady at the desk was very pleasant the starter and the cart guy were super grumpyl. They really made it feel like we were a bother to them and it was a complete privilege for us to play there.
We always enjoy playing at viewpoint
We always enjoy playing at Viewpoint, even though this time the fairways and tee boxes were pretty brown because they’re preparing to over-seed.
The weather was hot and Uncharacteristically muggy. Pace of play was actually pretty fast.
We also enjoy the restaurant there, Fat Willies. The waitress was very friendly and prompt.
View Point Golf Course
The course was nice. They are getting ready to close to over seed to get it ready for the winter. The course was a little rough. I would book again I think I would like the course.
