Four Peaks Course at Sunland Springs Village
About
Like many other golf courses in the Phoenix area, Sunland Springs Village is a desert style golf course. But unlike many other desert courses, this golf course has grass extending from the tees all the way to the greens. This executive course also features wide fairways with forgiving landing areas and large, undulating greens. There are water hazards and sand bunkers placed strategically throughout the course. The par-4 second hole is the signature hole, requiring a difficult shot over water. In addition to the golf course, Sunland Springs Village is also home to a golf school and practice facilities including a driving range, chipping area, and putting green.

Executive courses
Sunland springs village is always a great outing. The course is always in great shape even in the summer. Not super hard and very playable for all levels. I play here at least 20 times a year due to it being 2 miles from my house. I definitely recommend this course to anyone and I always tell people about it.
Heaven or Iowa
Well maintained with lots of variety
Greens 1st rate but tricky
Great people live here
Stay off off stones get rulings from pro shop before your round..otherwise well worth the trip...
Pretty good shape
Easy to find, easy check in, carts can go to car, sand bottles on carts, water for us on course, no water in buckets for towels today, tees fairly chewed but usable, fairways good, roughs snarly and need to hit clean, greens roll pretty good for this time of year, bunkers with some sand, prices fair on GN for this time
Good Course
Course is in good shape, greens are fast, good selection of courses. Great price for what you get.
Nice executive course
Golf course in good conditions except rough is an inch too long. Ball is buried out of sight in rough which slows play, not necessary. Fairways and greens are in good shape, greens run slow but true.
Price currently is fair but too expensive later in season for executive length course.
Good to swing the clubs
We played and enjoyed the course. Was in overseeding but still pretty good condition.
Beautifully maintained course
Sunland Springs was a pleasure and a surprise for us! Challenging enough and nestled in a lovely community with stunning scenery of the desert mountains. Course well maintained and marked. Pro shop well stocked and clean/tidy. Cafe looked inviting with great menu options. We will return!
The Course
Had just finished an overseed so was a little patchy on the greens
Played with a great couple who played the course regularly and were of great help
Nice Executive Course
Cart path only this week. Overall fairways in good shape. The greens are a bit slow but playable. The rough is a bit long which makes it difficult to find a ball, as it settles down in. Also longer rough contributes to slow play. Lastly, there are too many areas in the rough that have no grass, hard pan dirt only. This has been the case every time I play. Seems over the years those areas could have been repaired.
I enjoyed this course
Freshly back online from overseeding so it was cart path only and the wide fairways gave me too many opportunities to go wide so I did more walking and lost more balls than usual. It was a fun course and the staff and other players were all top notch. I will come back.
Great condition
Course was recently over seeded. Greens were slow. The fairways were very nice. Long cut on the edges made it difficult to locate a ball off the fairways. Overall great conditions.
Wet course
The course was in overseeding cycle. Condition was very wet and slow. This course has confusion when booking through Golfnow. Be careful to pick the 18 hole option.
