Four Peaks Course at Sunland Springs Village
About
Like many other golf courses in the Phoenix area, Sunland Springs Village is a desert style golf course. But unlike many other desert courses, this golf course has grass extending from the tees all the way to the greens. This executive course also features wide fairways with forgiving landing areas and large, undulating greens. There are water hazards and sand bunkers placed strategically throughout the course. The par-4 second hole is the signature hole, requiring a difficult shot over water. In addition to the golf course, Sunland Springs Village is also home to a golf school and practice facilities including a driving range, chipping area, and putting green.

Golfer Reviews
Good shape
Easy to find, easy check in, carts clean with no sand bottles, seats with few tears but work, water buckets for our towels, water on course for us, tees pretty good, fairways good, roughs dry but spongy growth makes for slightly difficult contact, bunkers short on sand, greens putt pretty fair, but seem to have different speeds for each nine, played in under4 hrs, but was a little slow for here, this year prices on GN seem pretty fair compared to other courses and years , can take carts to car, parking lot good
Nice view, interesting holes
The most part I really enjoyed my round. The course was in great shape and had some fantastic views. Had a problem with slow play and groups that weren't using very good golf etiquette. But I would definitely play it again, the holes were interesting and had good yardage..
Great course with beautiful view
Well kept farways and green. Friendly staff. Best of all, a fantastic view of Superstition mountain !
Great value for the money
We played the San Tan and the Four Peaks courses. The course conditions are great after the over seeding. We didn’t know that it was a par 64 but we enjoyed playing the course as it forces us to adapt to shorter distances. The staff and local residents were very helpful in providing information.
Good Pace
No slow down in the play and no pushing from behind.
Executive courses
Sunland springs village is always a great outing. The course is always in great shape even in the summer. Not super hard and very playable for all levels. I play here at least 20 times a year due to it being 2 miles from my house. I definitely recommend this course to anyone and I always tell people about it.
Heaven or Iowa
Well maintained with lots of variety
Greens 1st rate but tricky
Great people live here
Stay off off stones get rulings from pro shop before your round..otherwise well worth the trip...
Pretty good shape
Easy to find, easy check in, carts can go to car, sand bottles on carts, water for us on course, no water in buckets for towels today, tees fairly chewed but usable, fairways good, roughs snarly and need to hit clean, greens roll pretty good for this time of year, bunkers with some sand, prices fair on GN for this time
Good Course
Course is in good shape, greens are fast, good selection of courses. Great price for what you get.
Nice executive course
Golf course in good conditions except rough is an inch too long. Ball is buried out of sight in rough which slows play, not necessary. Fairways and greens are in good shape, greens run slow but true.
Price currently is fair but too expensive later in season for executive length course.
Good to swing the clubs
We played and enjoyed the course. Was in overseeding but still pretty good condition.
