Four Peaks Course at Sunland Springs Village
About
Like many other golf courses in the Phoenix area, Sunland Springs Village is a desert style golf course. But unlike many other desert courses, this golf course has grass extending from the tees all the way to the greens. This executive course also features wide fairways with forgiving landing areas and large, undulating greens. There are water hazards and sand bunkers placed strategically throughout the course. The par-4 second hole is the signature hole, requiring a difficult shot over water. In addition to the golf course, Sunland Springs Village is also home to a golf school and practice facilities including a driving range, chipping area, and putting green.

Pace was not good but nice course and good value
The pace of play was awful. We were behind a foursome that was not in a hurry to play then we had a twosome behind us. We were a twosome also. There was no good flow. The course was in good shape considering it just got done over seeding a short time ago. Nice layout for the average golfer. Probably not so much for the low handicapper. We are keeping this on our list of courses to play again.
Played this course 4 week's in a row gets. Better each week fairways are great & greens are good white tee boxes were in bad shape blues looked good clean bathrooms ice golf water can't wait till next week
Well groomed and fun couse
Par 65 with short par 4's and 5's.
It's a great couse to brush up on your short game. The couse condition was excellent. I can't wait to play it again.
Course is in very good condition for mid summer golf. Green me are soft and recovering but roll true. Great value round and greener than most courses at this time of year.
SUNLAND FAN
This was only about the 3rd time I've played at this course and I have been impressed all three times I've played it. This is an excellent choice for those with spouses or partners at different skill levels than you. All can truly enjoy playing here regardless of ability. There are a smattering of par 4's an 5's on the course which will keep the better/longer players interested, while the par 3's will also have you using all the clubs in your bag in their length variety. Good bunker condition and placement and the overall course conditions were very good for the time of year in Phoenix (MONSOON SEASON) I would highly recommend this course to any group with varying skill levels to keep everyone interested and happy.
Great community course
In decent shape, better than many this time of year. Challenging greens, open fairways, and the 3 par 9’s keeps it interesting not knowing which two you’ll play any certain day. Wish they had a beverage cart.
Hot and fast but true.
The greens were fast but receptive. Fairways, summerlike but good
Great Course
Great summer rates, nice course layout & well taken care of. Will definitely golf here again!
