Four Peaks Course at Sunland Springs Village
About
Like many other golf courses in the Phoenix area, Sunland Springs Village is a desert style golf course. But unlike many other desert courses, this golf course has grass extending from the tees all the way to the greens. This executive course also features wide fairways with forgiving landing areas and large, undulating greens. There are water hazards and sand bunkers placed strategically throughout the course. The par-4 second hole is the signature hole, requiring a difficult shot over water. In addition to the golf course, Sunland Springs Village is also home to a golf school and practice facilities including a driving range, chipping area, and putting green.

Golfer Reviews
Course is in very good condition for mid summer golf. Green me are soft and recovering but roll true. Great value round and greener than most courses at this time of year.
SUNLAND FAN
This was only about the 3rd time I've played at this course and I have been impressed all three times I've played it. This is an excellent choice for those with spouses or partners at different skill levels than you. All can truly enjoy playing here regardless of ability. There are a smattering of par 4's an 5's on the course which will keep the better/longer players interested, while the par 3's will also have you using all the clubs in your bag in their length variety. Good bunker condition and placement and the overall course conditions were very good for the time of year in Phoenix (MONSOON SEASON) I would highly recommend this course to any group with varying skill levels to keep everyone interested and happy.
Great community course
In decent shape, better than many this time of year. Challenging greens, open fairways, and the 3 par 9’s keeps it interesting not knowing which two you’ll play any certain day. Wish they had a beverage cart.
Hot and fast but true.
The greens were fast but receptive. Fairways, summerlike but good
Great Course
Great summer rates, nice course layout & well taken care of. Will definitely golf here again!
Get that guy off the loudspeaker!
So every time we go here the very loud outspoken guy that works the desk in the morning is always on the loud speaker like its his personal intercom to the outside world. He will be talking to people on teeboxes from the clubhouse. And I don't mind being asked to start early but this guy will just start blasting your name out 10 to 15 min early with no asking. Then literally EVERY 20 TO 30 SECONDS will recall you with a lil more attitude each time. Then if you're not on said tee box in like 2 minutes he will get on a golf cart and start looking for you in the parking lot. A little overboard if you ask me. If he could tone it down about ten notches the place is a dream to play. They have three different 9 hole courses they alternate play on. And the greens always fair shape here.
Good!
It’s transition in Arizona but the course was great the staff was great and we never had to wait! And the price was amazing! Def will play again soon
