Four Peaks Course at Sunland Springs Village
About
Like many other golf courses in the Phoenix area, Sunland Springs Village is a desert style golf course. But unlike many other desert courses, this golf course has grass extending from the tees all the way to the greens. This executive course also features wide fairways with forgiving landing areas and large, undulating greens. There are water hazards and sand bunkers placed strategically throughout the course. The par-4 second hole is the signature hole, requiring a difficult shot over water. In addition to the golf course, Sunland Springs Village is also home to a golf school and practice facilities including a driving range, chipping area, and putting green.

Great shorter course. 55+ community. 3 9 hole tracks. Greens and fairways in great shape all the time
Sunland 4 peaks
Nice course, well maintained, greens and fairways in good shape Friendly staff. Will definitely play course again
Maintenance issues
Fairways are in good shape but rough and sand traps are hard pan.
Local Guy
I like Sunland Springs. The staff is always very friendly. I usually go with my buddy and this is a good value for some new retirees that are trying to get serious about golf, but still on a budget. Great local community of golfers. The course is clean, well groomed, not too challenging, not too stressful. I am going to highly recommend it just on the fact that it is always a very pleasant and relaxing experience.
Another note: They don't overload the course. Sure they have their quotas, but you can tell that they're not overbooking tee times and then dealing with it when everyone arrives. Good customer service practice.
Good course
Solid course for the money. Little confusing where to go. They send you on to your first 9 and once you hit the bend I guess you decides which other nine your playing. But awesome course
Nice course
Good condition in all aspects, esp considering how much play it gets. Pretty open.
Well worth the money
It’s a nice course, especially for newer players like me. The greens are nicely kept up and the staff is very friendly. It’s tucked inside a community but with enough space so you don’t feel like you’ll hit the homes. And the neighbors are out on the back patios rooting you on. All very friendly.
Faraway in pristine condition, greens in good condition
