Four Peaks Course at Sunland Springs Village
About
Like many other golf courses in the Phoenix area, Sunland Springs Village is a desert style golf course. But unlike many other desert courses, this golf course has grass extending from the tees all the way to the greens. This executive course also features wide fairways with forgiving landing areas and large, undulating greens. There are water hazards and sand bunkers placed strategically throughout the course. The par-4 second hole is the signature hole, requiring a difficult shot over water. In addition to the golf course, Sunland Springs Village is also home to a golf school and practice facilities including a driving range, chipping area, and putting green.

Fairways/greens
Over seeding just opened, cart path only..can't wait til reg play...walked today moved faster than with cart..
Anywhere else
Let the grumpy old people who live on the course enjoy it, they’re VERY unfriendly and HATE visitors. God forbid you’re not 100 years old playing on this course they’ll complain about everything. This is the first review I’ve ever written on golf and man I truly with I could get the little money I paid to golf here. Sad excuse for the golf community.
Nice Course!
First time playing the course. It is very green. Greens were not very fast, but the entire course was is good condition
Simple, True
First time out playing, staff (I only saw one or two) were present and checked me out speedily with guidance of directions as a first timer out here. Course is very tame and straightforward, not much in the way to give hazard too...few man made water ponds with a few bunkers scattered here or there. Nothing in way of architectural scintillating but the course conditions made it plenty enjoyable. Greens were darn near perfectly smooth, not too quick and not pitch mark ridden. Tee boxes clean. Played under 3 hours at starting time 8am on a Friday. Quick executive to sharpen pieces of your game and tally a score. Price well worth it.
Solid course
I've played here about 5 times, staff is always great, Range is nice, carts are clean overall nice facility. The course was in pretty good shape and gives you a nice challenge. I'll be back! (Arnold voice)
Temporary Shut It Down
Course should be shut down until there is a sight of green grass. Every tee box is mud. Every fairway is 75% mud. A pair of twosome was paired was supposed to go in front of us. One twosome added a player without telling shop. So they went out in front of twosome slowing us down all day. I let staff no, but didn't care. Awesome. No wonder it was only course available to book on Father's Day late Saturday. Won't be back.
Nice find
The course is a straight forward, trouble in front of you place. At first glance I would be not be thrilled but ended up enjoying the morning. There are gentle elevation changes that seem to add or subtract one club. Played with two members that were able to point these out. Fairways were nice and cut low but dampness stopped much extra roll out. Greens were tricky and quicker than they looked. Nice find with beautiful views of the superstitions. Members are very possessive of their course so beware Played front side with greatest twosome, then ran into foursome that refused to let singles play through and ended up holding the back nine to the point of finishing as a six some. Great course, pot luck on membership.
Excellent Executive Course
This is my favorite go to course for a weekly round. Extremely well kept, and always great condition. The staff is always friendly. The pace of play is hit or miss. Sometimes you can play 36 in 5.5 hours, sometimes you get stuck behind a slow group and the time jumps. That's true of any course though. If you haven't played here, give it a shot. Its a very fun course. See you guys next week!
