Four Peaks Course at Sunland Springs Village
About
Like many other golf courses in the Phoenix area, Sunland Springs Village is a desert style golf course. But unlike many other desert courses, this golf course has grass extending from the tees all the way to the greens. This executive course also features wide fairways with forgiving landing areas and large, undulating greens. There are water hazards and sand bunkers placed strategically throughout the course. The par-4 second hole is the signature hole, requiring a difficult shot over water. In addition to the golf course, Sunland Springs Village is also home to a golf school and practice facilities including a driving range, chipping area, and putting green.

Golfer Reviews
Level course. Seldom a bad lie.
Go value. Should keep these rates to promote more play.

Anywhere else
Let the grumpy old people who live on the course enjoy it, they’re VERY unfriendly and HATE visitors. God forbid you’re not 100 years old playing on this course they’ll complain about everything. This is the first review I’ve ever written on golf and man I truly with I could get the little money I paid to golf here. Sad excuse for the golf community.
Simple, True
First time out playing, staff (I only saw one or two) were present and checked me out speedily with guidance of directions as a first timer out here. Course is very tame and straightforward, not much in the way to give hazard too...few man made water ponds with a few bunkers scattered here or there. Nothing in way of architectural scintillating but the course conditions made it plenty enjoyable. Greens were darn near perfectly smooth, not too quick and not pitch mark ridden. Tee boxes clean. Played under 3 hours at starting time 8am on a Friday. Quick executive to sharpen pieces of your game and tally a score. Price well worth it.
Solid course
I've played here about 5 times, staff is always great, Range is nice, carts are clean overall nice facility. The course was in pretty good shape and gives you a nice challenge. I'll be back! (Arnold voice)
