Encanto Golf Course

Wonderful course, very nice staff and the course is in great shape.

Long course n great shape. Dog legs, sand, water. Greens were great

I play this course a lot when I get an unexpected free afternoon. It's wide open parkland style, especially the back 9, you can just about hit the driver anywhere and have a good chance to make par from the other fairway. The greens slope hard back to front with false fronts and bunkers left and right on most. If you get above the hole, putting it downhill is going to make 3 putt avoidance a good challenge. Particularly with the front pin locations. A very straight forward simple course, but the greens give it enough teeth that i wouldn't call it easy. Dormant Bermuda rough which is typical here in PHX wintertime, and some spotty areas where the sprinklers aren't hitting where they need to on the fairways.. otherwise the course is very playable and fun. And for the price, walking or riding, in the winter weather here in the valley you just about can't beat it. There are very similar parkland courses at resorts within a 20 min drive in every direction in similar condition that charge triple the green fees.

The course is in amazing shape, great food and friendly staff. Good pace of play and as usual paired up with friendly players.

Encanto is one of the best Arizona Links courses in the valley for the price. Shot my personal best 71 from the blues (Par 70). The pro shop was very friendly and pace of play was great. There is a reason this course is always booked up. We will be back soon.

The course is in great shape. The greens are nice and rolling nice and quick. Make sure to not be above the hole or say good bye to your ball. I like quick dast greens so for me l enjoyed them.

This course is so green right now. It's in excellent shape. We got a great deal on the Golf Now app. Will be back to play again.

What a great place to play golf, enjoy the views and course . The staff is great.

I have played city courses for many years. Encanto is is friendly golf course. What l will say is that all of the Arizonans carry all of the city course in the heat of summer and l feel we should get a price break year round not just in the summer.

Snuck in a round mid-week with a great rate but ended up being a single between two foursomes.

Kept pace with little waiting but curious how this happens.

This course is in excellent shape. The greens are in perfect condition. Everywhere was so green. Will definitely play this course again.

Encanto GC made the transition from overseeding well. Tee boxes could use some TLC, as most were uneven and with sparse grass. Fairways were fair-to-good. Sand traps could use some extra raking to break up the surface tension. Rough was thick and tall. Greens most-definitely were the crowning touch: smooth, rolled true and fast, making it a joy to putt. Pace of play was a bit slow (4:15), with numerous times of waiting. Value was very good, with a Hot Deal tee time.
