About
Palo Verde Golf Course offers nine holes of executive-length golf, coming in at par-30, and tee times can be reserved up to a week in advance; the golf course also features a lighted driving range for evening swings.
A round of golf at the Palo Verde Golf Course kicks off on the par-4, 300-yard first hole, which is about the biggest distance you'll have to cover until you reach the ninth, a par-4 that is the golf course's longest, at 305 yards. All but one of the remaining holes are par-3s that come in under 200 yards.

Golfer Reviews
Great Par 3
I love Palo Verde since it’s a hop skip and a jump away from home. It’s great for a par 3 Muni. Staff is great and regulars are real friendly. Couple of nuisances playing ahead tore out the tee box markers on the 9th hole and beat a golf ball into the green on the 4th hole, but staff fixed the issues as soon as it was addressed.
Great Value
This course is a great bang for your buck. Staff is very friendly and always hospitable. Pace of play is good snacks and drinks are reasonable priced in the pro shop.
Great Mini 9 hole
Played on a really hot Sunday afternoon. 111 is about too much for this old guy. Course was in good shape and the staff was excellent. Super friendly. Just a good 9-hole Muni course.
4th of July
Staff is always friendly! Pace of play was good and decided to grab some range balls afterwards. Course was good however it rained a little so the greens were a little wet. Overall very pleasant round on 4th of July. Will be back
Fun Course In Very Poor Condition = Not Worth The Money!
PV used to be a great little course but lately management has let it deteriorate. 4 of the 9 tee boxes were OK with enough grass to make for a normal tee box, others not so much. I would rate the fairways were average with a combination of grass, weeds and dirt on all of them. Greens were cut extremely short to reduce the overabundance of poa and weeds. Looked like perhaps there was some green fertilizer or paint sprayed on the greens, but could not really tell. Overall the course needs some water as things were overly dry and dusty. There are 18 hole courses that are in much better shape than PV and are charging less than PV such as Ahwatukee Lakes, Continental, Scottsdale Country Club and Apache Wells. Do not recommend this course until they maintain the course better!
Quick Swings With A Friend
Have been here plenty of times. Close to where I live. Can walk the 9 quickly as long as there isn't a 4some in front of me. Riding, I can complete in less than an hour sometimes. Driving range is fine. Pro shop is fine. Staff is nice. There are some beverages you can purchase in pro shop. Free coffee is a nice offering. Putting and chipping greens are decent and appreciated. Course is a bit rough on tee boxes and around the greens. Fairways and greens were pretty decent. For price and quality, I will keep coming back for a quick 9 or even 18.
A great discount option
Palo verde provides a very easy layout for beginner golfers. The fairways can be a bit tight, but topping the ball toward the pin doesn’t find you in any bunkers or water usually. Very nice greens that are in pretty good shape.
Love playing this course and it’s always in great shape. Great 9 hole course to walk.
Little Jewel
Local, friendly, well kept executive nine hole course at very affordable prices. No par fives. No complaints.
