Palo Verde Golf Course offers nine holes of executive-length golf, coming in at par-30, and tee times can be reserved up to a week in advance; the golf course also features a lighted driving range for evening swings.

Great if you have nothing to do the rest of the day
We didn't tee off until almost 25 mins past our tee time because they were so far behind. We then were forced to be paired with another two-some because they were so far behind. It took 90 mins to play 5 holes and at that point our entire foursome quit after one of us got hit by a ball. I would recommend going mid week when it hopefully would be less crowded. Friday at 1pm was a bad choice.
Sweet 9 hole!
Straight shots to the greens but bring your short game!!! Greens are REALLY nice and pin placement was tough. Driving range is nice. Terrific value!

Convenient and cheap, but very mediocre
One of the few courses we have actually been able to get on in the Phoenix metro, and it’s obvious why. This is definitely a bottom tier, limited golf options course. BORING layout, painfully slow pace of play (1:50 for nine holes on a SHORT course with nowhere to waste time looking for balls).
Greens were in good condition (fast and smooth), but the rest of the course in mediocre condition — not terrible, but very dry with sparse grass in the fairways and none off the fairways.
If we lived in Phoenix and had to play courses like this, we’d give up the game.

A Crowded Course
The appointment times are too close together not taking into account that most people are walking. This last time my partner and i waited at least 10 minutes at each tee for the players in front of us to clear the green. It wasnt their fault as they also had to wait for the players to clear in front of them.until the 9th tee..

Conditions of the greens and fairways was excellent - for the amount of play the course is excellent. The staff and head Pro are very professional and treat you with respect.

Course covered in geese poop
Overall, a decent 18 hole course but the greens were covered in geese crap, so it made it difficult to walk the course.

A great 9 hole course that shines in the winter months of Phoenix. Short but well thought out layout. Course was in good shape for a well used municipal course. Staff was friendly and helpful as always!
