Oakcreek Country Club is situated amongst Sedona's red rock mountains, providing unique scenery throughout. Opened over 40 years ago, it is Sedona's first golf course. The course was a collaboration between Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and his son. It is a classic, player-friendly layout that offers plenty of room for error. There are also several opportunities to recover errant shots incorporated into the design. Despite its forgiving nature, the golf course definitely has its challenges. There are tree-lined fairways with bunkers strategically positioned in the landing areas and elevated greens bordered by large, swirling bunkers. Three lakes also come into play on five holes. Oakcreek Country Club requires accuracy as well as length in order to score well. Next to the clubhouse there are extensive practice facilities including a large driving range with target areas, a practice green, putting and chipping greens, and a short game area with a sand bunker.

Pretty good

Very well maintained. Back 9 especially pretty. Very slow pace on a hot not crowded day. Houses lining nearly all the fairways detract from the nice views.

Very nice course

Course was in great shape. Greens rolled smooth but a little slow which is understandable given the hot weather.

I like the layout and you will probably use every club in your bag due to the variety of holes. Bunkers were in great shape. Staff was very pleasant. Will certainly play again when visiting the Sedona area.

Great golf course!

We loved everything about this course except for the beer cart girl only served us once in our 5 hour round. Not impressive but the course made up for it.

Course was excellent. Clubhouse check in associate was very accommodating. Course Marshall came by a number of times to make sure we were happy with pace of play.. All in all a great round of golf.

Great setting, course in great shape, loads of fun!

Our threesome played our 2nd round this week and had a great time. The Pro Shop Staff, Starter, and 19th hole bartender were friendly and know what customer service is all about. On the 8th hole we encountered some strong winds through only 2 holes, it was calm for all the other holes. As expected for a busy Friday. The pace of play was good for the amount of players. No major waiting time. I'd definitely return to play Oakcreek. For the service, course setting and condition.

Love this course

This is a beautiful well kept course in beautiful settings. Staff are super friendly and customer service focused. Restaurant is a little sub-par (no pun intended) to the course and experience. Definitely play again and recommend.
