About
Willowcreek Golf Course in Sun City has one regulation length 18-hole course, the Willowcreek Course, as well as one executive length course, the Willowbrook Course. The traditional layout of the Willowcreek Course features three lakes that form water hazards that come into play on four holes. The course is relatively flat but there are some minor rolling hills that cause uneven lies. The fairways and greens are consistently in good condition on both courses and they are both considered very user-friendly. The Willowcreek Golf Course facility used to be private but it is now open to the public.

Gale force winds didn't help. Allowing fivesomes (or the sevensome right in front of our group!) made the pace of play painful!
I won't go back
I was given a tee time of 11:52. Announcements cannot be head from the tee box so I went there at 11:45. At that time, the 3 players in my group had already teed off. They would not let me join them because the course has a rule of no more than 3 carts per group. They each had their personal carts so I don't know why that would matter. They obviously wanted to play by themselves. I asked for a different tee time and was told that the next ones available were all foursomes, I would be the 5th. That is typical on this course. I asked for and received my money back.
Best course so far.
I have only been to a few courses, but so far, this is the best. I like the longer courses that let you use your driver, The greens were top notch, the staff were friendly. No snack cart, but a everything you need at the clubhouse.
Slow Play
Took over 3 hours to play the front 9, usually 3 groups on each tee box, the round took over 5 hours, no marshals on a Sunday
Fun course!
We enjoyed our round here. Fairway grass was a little sparse and greens were a bit fuzzy and slow, but over all really liked it! Fairly forgiving if you missed the fairways. We'll be back!
The course it a bit rough.
The course it a bit rough. They maintain the fairways and greens but not eh rest of the course. The rest of the course is brown and mostly dead looking grass.
We had a group of 3. They had w join us for a 5 some. That made for a relatively slow group!
The price was about right given the quality of the course.
Front desk extremely rude.
There was no customer service, etiquette, or hospitality, exhibited by the gentleman at the front desk. The Ranger was awesome. There is zero chance that I would play this course again nor would I recommend anyone else to play this course and I play a lot of golf in the valley.
Decent Course / Good Value
Typical Sun City layout. Conditions were good. Pace of play slowed at the turn with dual 1 and 10 starting tee times. Great price for winter golf in AZ. Would play again!
