About
The golf course at the Union Hills Country Club is a championship course with a traditional layout. The course has been named one of the Top Ten Private Courses in Arizona. The design features four lakes and two winding creeks that create water hazards that come into play on a few holes. There are also several sand bunkers present. Some of the golf course's greens are elevated and the fairways are average sized in width. The signature hole is the par-4 14th hole, which requires a carry over water. Union Hills Country Club also has a putting green and full driving range for golfers to use.

Love this course.
Great course on the edge of Sun City.
Great lay out, you'll use all of your clubs.
Hardly anyone else on the course the Monday that we played.

Nice course. Well taken carr of. Wide landing areas. Some sand traps need attention. Would play aho.
Great day of golf!
3:00 tee time with a buddy. Hardly anyone out. Temps in mid 80's, windy. Course is in very good condition. Greens rolled true. Only a patchy spot on one or two of the greens. Played in just over 3 hours.
Always a Good Time
I agree with some of the reviews that it’s maybe slightly overpriced for what it is right now. I was the first tee time of the day so pace was incredible obviously. And it was a hot deal at $35, otherwise probably not worth it, especially if it’s $50+ or anything like that. Fairways, bunkers and most greens were great, a couple were visibly ‘scorched’ but nothing bad. I love the layout and will continue to play here when the green fees are right!
Course is back in good shape
We used to play here all the time but it got to the point you couldn’t find your ball 2 feet off the fairway. Although driving into the parking lot did not look good…the course itself was in much better shape. So happy it’s back again. We will be back.
Very pleasant round
Played as a single and finished in just over 2 1/2 hours. Every time I caught up to another group, they pulled over and let me through (smiles and waves). Fairways were in great shape, rough was spotty grass/weeds, greens were slow but pretty true. Cart was clean but probably the slowest I’ve used in years. Would play again.
Little Gem!
The course was in great shape. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. I will be back.
Course overview
Golf carts are very old. There were times when the cart struggled to start and was very slow
too expensive for the track
This is a $25-30 course not a 50+. Just not worth the money for what you get. Course was in ok shape, no beverage cart or even water on the course to drink. Almost 100 degrees already and no way to stay hydrated out there. They did have an ice machine and water fountain at the run down club house but it tasted terrible. If it was filtered, the filters haven't been changed in decades. Not many people playing and I can see why. Unfortunate...
