About
The golf course at the Union Hills Country Club is a championship course with a traditional layout. The course has been named one of the Top Ten Private Courses in Arizona. The design features four lakes and two winding creeks that create water hazards that come into play on a few holes. There are also several sand bunkers present. Some of the golf course's greens are elevated and the fairways are average sized in width. The signature hole is the par-4 14th hole, which requires a carry over water. Union Hills Country Club also has a putting green and full driving range for golfers to use.

Greens were tricky but enjoyed the undulations and quickness.
Fairways shaggy.
Good Course
The course is good, fairways are good, greens are good. It is a fun course and a decent design. I will be playing it again.
The staff is great also.
Played after storm delay
The course was shut down early in the morning because of a storm that came through. Cart path only when they opened back up which slowed things down a little. On the back nine they allowed us back on the fairway. Still played well even with the wet conditions.
Great Course for the money
I played a few courses on a trip to the valley. Union Hill had by far the best fairways. The course is fairly straight forward. There's plenty of greenside bunkers and some water, but most holes were fairly straight forward.
The staff is incredibly friendly and the little grill at the turn was nice. I would definitely recommend.
Great play
Always enjoy playing this course when we visit Phoenix and usually play it a few times before we leave.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pin placements were very tough for general play. Close to the edges and on the slope.
Good course
I do not play regularly, so this course is good fit for me. It is fairly open. The greens and tee boxes were in excellent shape. Out the rough areas were a lot of dirt and weeds, but overall very nice.
Need to reopen the restaurant. Time limit on when the carts have to be in by push last two 3 tee times if you have a group slow playing. Old course but still nice to play.
