About
The golf course at the Union Hills Country Club is a championship course with a traditional layout. The course has been named one of the Top Ten Private Courses in Arizona. The design features four lakes and two winding creeks that create water hazards that come into play on a few holes. There are also several sand bunkers present. Some of the golf course's greens are elevated and the fairways are average sized in width. The signature hole is the par-4 14th hole, which requires a carry over water. Union Hills Country Club also has a putting green and full driving range for golfers to use.

Little Gem!
The course was in great shape. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable. I will be back.
Course overview
Golf carts are very old. There were times when the cart struggled to start and was very slow
too expensive for the track
This is a $25-30 course not a 50+. Just not worth the money for what you get. Course was in ok shape, no beverage cart or even water on the course to drink. Almost 100 degrees already and no way to stay hydrated out there. They did have an ice machine and water fountain at the run down club house but it tasted terrible. If it was filtered, the filters haven't been changed in decades. Not many people playing and I can see why. Unfortunate...
Great condition
Nice layout, great condition, good value!! I will definitely play here again.
Repeat Players
We enjoy playing this course because it is not your typical Sun City or Sun City West flat course. There is enough elevation variation that makes this course fun to play, but not difficult for senior players.
I was expecting worse
For the time of year the course was surprisingly playable. If you have a wide dispersion you may think otherwise but if you play the tee boxes, fairways and greens for the money this course is worth it. I’ve definitely paid a lot more for worse conditions. Staff was friendly at check in and at the end of the round. Carts were cleaned and ready to go. I’ve been playing this course for a while and it’s changed a little but it’s still a fun track.
Morning tee time
Course was in nice shape, especially the greens. Bring your water because the fountains on the course are out of service. 🙄
Was expecting a little more
Course was quite a bit drier than I expected for this time of year. Greens were very inconsistent in condition and speed. Gas powered golf cart was really showing its age as it kept slipping out of gear. Was just expecting a bit more.
