Meh
If you live near here it’s worth goin, it’s not worth it if ur like more than a 15 minute drive away. It’s an executive course and pretty dried out,
I will say the course has pretty cool lookin trees and nature growing, it’s just not tamed so much
New to golf
Had a very good time playing this course. Affordable, challenging but very fun to play.
Pace of play sucked.
We started at 10:30am and didnt finish,
We got to the 15 th hole and it was so backed up
That we just left cuz it was getting dark already.🥴
Fun layout and some challenging holes
First time played. Tee boxes need a lot of work. Greens very bumpy could be some recent coring but think would normally be bumpy. Course very very wet so balls just stopped on some fairways etc. Fun layout and enjoyed the evaluation of different holes. Need to know your club lengths as a lot of par 3’s. really enjoyed day and thought value for money as a senior playing mid week. Would play again hopefully when not so wet.
Nice local muni. Very slow when I played.
Course looked good and pro shop was accommodating when I requested a refund after taking 35 min to play one hole. This is the slowest golf I have seen anywhere in the world, I assume it’s usually better. Cute little muni and good value.
Sand
Never seen s0 much.sand on a green. Course should have been shut down. You couldn't see any green color on the greens, 1/2 inch deep, no way to putt. Golf Now should notify members when the greens are punched.
Course is in terrible shape. Greens are covered in ball marks, standing water and mud on many holes and fairways are horrible. Not worth the money and play was slow.
A Challenging (slow-playing) Exec Course
Have played here for many years.
Course layout is different and challenging utilizing the mostly up & down, sometimes flat terrain (with a couple blind doglegs thrown in).
It is a good test for the average to above average golfer (recommend you play 'best ball' if you're a Beginner).
Pace of play was EXTREMELY slow the day I played. Seems to be very course is overbooking and cramming together start times these days.
Good luck and 'keep it in the short grass'!
Solid course for the price
First time playing at this course and had a blast. It was a great deal. And the pace of play was perfect. Beautiful setting with tons of wildlife.
