It’s OK
Usually a fairly good course to play. Fairways still a little rough after the winter conditions. Greens pretty good. Male staff at the pro-shop need to learn to smile and be warm!

wet muddy fairways soon after heavy rain make for unpleasant walking
Letting electric carts tear up soggy muddy fairways is never good. Stricter control is necessary here. Hand-push carts only, I suggest, for a few days after heavy rain.
Playing involved five hours for the round - quite slow...but the greens are in good condition.

Short but challenging
Booked a twilight tee time and got through 15 holes. The course was more challenging than anticipated - narrow fairways, out-of-bounds, creek, etc. Conditions were decent compared to similar priced courses in the OC and the greens ran fast. Layout was very interesting - definitely will return.
