Fullerton Golf Course

Fun course, a lot of holes below 200 yards which makes it challenging. Course conditions were good too, saw a lot of wild animals. Wish they did not book so many walkers in between groups with carts, it affects the pace of play so bad. Saw groups of 5 that consisted of walkers and carts, made no sense. Couldn’t finish our round because how slow it was.

This is shorter PAR course.

Average public condition.

I like sharpening my swing here before going for big game.

I recommend this course only if you are a beginner and looking for a decent course to practice.

Honestly it’s not a course I’d play if there were others but it wasn’t to backed up when we played

This course is always a fun one to play. Plays long and plenty of elevation changes and gives a great challenge. This is the second time I’ve played there. The first time it was great and this last time it was still ok other the pace of play because of the two groups in front of us but still finished in 5 hours. Overall a great course will always recommend but suggest an early tee time.

Course fairway grass was rough, all different kinds of grass uneven mowing, ball did not roll out very fair on tee shots. 5.5 hours on a Saturday for a relative short yardage course way too long. Greens were above average in shape makes up for the fairway grass. Signature hole #15 needed some more fairway care, the tee box was very used up, the green was very well kept.

Is it the beat in OC "no". However, a great price for what it is. Greens are in great shape and fairways are cut nice, when they m in them. Staff is great and lunch is good.... oh by the way BEER GOOD TOO....

The course layout was very challenging which made up for it’s shortness. What I didn’t like about it was most holes were marked ‘cart path only’. You pay for a cart but you wind up walking the course instead. This rule also contributed to the pace of play. Other than this rule which I do understand helps the course conditions, Fullerton would probably be my new home-course.

Too painful and dangerous to retrieve a ball at many outbound mistakes, 2 days after playing there, and still with burning on my legs.

Played here on Memorial Day. Given the holiday, the pace was really slow. But this could be different during non-holidays. Fun course that is short and “easy”. But be warned… lots of ways to lose balls.

Got a deal for 40 bucks so fantastic value. Will play here again. Great for iron practice. Bunkers also had sand! Big plus when bunkers are in decent condition. Greens also were in condition.
