Best Bang For Your Buck
Not going to find a better bargain in the OC that doesn't have a brass pole! Greens need some TLC. Bring your divot tool. Good place to have some cheap fun.
Good value public course
From Australia and first time playing the course. Inexpensive and good value for money. Not a difficult course but quite enjoyable. Greens and fairways show the constant wear of a public course but for the price is exceptional value.
Nice course
The course layout is nice if you hit the ball straight you can easily post a nice score. Most of the course is lined up with heavy brush and trees and a creek if you hit it in their good luck finding your ball. All in all a good fun course to play
have fun
I'm first time there.
Course fun. But green conditions not too good.
When we play after 9tee hard to get the 10tee.

Go see for yourself
This course is made for the golfer that needs to release some stress, it is easy at times it is hard at times but if you hit one amazing shot it will have you coming back for more.
Not bad for the money
Bring a bunch of balls if you don't wanna ran out. Hazards are plentiful.
course has great hilly courses
Good driver shots excellent iron areas for practice. Love this course
Light crowd
Nice not to have to wait for crowds ahead of us. Usually it seems overbooked. Maybe they're doing a better job of managing tee times .
Unexpected treat
I played with two friends on Memorial Day. I already had the mindset, that pace was going to be slow. My 3 sum was treated with a rare treat when an 11 year old female JR golfer joined our group. Honestly had my most enjoyable round of golf ever. The girl was lights out, and reminded us how fun golf is suppose to be. Had the time of my life. Fairways could use some work, but the greens were in great shape. Fullerton is my go to course, when I want to work on my iron and short game. Highly recommend this course.
Bring your A game!
This is the most challenging course I have played this year. If you plan on playing, bring an extra sleeve of balls.
Great course.
Tight. 18 holes crammed in a 14 hole property
I didn't mind the course being shorter until we ran into a 5-some and there were 4 par 3's in a row. No big deal tho as we just skipped a hole (we were in carts) and came back and played it later. The course was in great shape. My putts rolled true. Half the greens were a bit too firm but no big deal. The only thing I didn't like is hole 17. 292 yd par four and we r not even ALLOWED to use driver. I don't like when courses make using certain clubs illegal (that's just not what golf is about). Looks like I gotta get a 0 iron. Lame. Overall tho the staff was super friendly and I had fun and enjoyed a nice shorter course with plenty of challenges.
A fun short local course in fullerton
I play Fullerton often and I don't expect it to compare with some of the other courses in the area which by the way cost more than double the cost of Fullerton. The course is a very short yet still somewhat challenging 18 holes of golf. For a public course without a big course budget Fullerton is a great value and lots of fun. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to play locally. We always tee of very early and our rounds seldom take us more that 4 hours and often well under 4 hours. Go try it out and I gurantee you will have a fun time, especially on the four back to back par threes.
Slow Play
Marshall needs to enforce 4 and half hour round strictly...Play behind three groups on an outing..Congregating at each hole..On 10th tee asked to be let through which they did after 3 hours on the front nine...the back nine was wide open...did not catch up to the group that were ahead of the 12 some - until 16 hole.. We were a two some broke away from a foursome.. basically the three groups on an outing were 6 holes behind....
Thanks for listening.
Good course to play a morning round.
Fullerton is a good course for getting out and building confidence in new players. Facilities are adequate and clean, staff is nice, and the course is regularly maintained.
Fun times, good Golf course
Great course for the buck... Overall experience was great. Will play again soon
First time playing ..
A visually beutiful course. Altho it isnt the longest, it plays very challenging with lots of OOB and lots of trouble with tight fairways. lots of exrtreme hills and valleys that make it challenging as well. I liked it.
Course play
Very challenging hole positions and fast greens. If you want to challenge your skills play at Fullerton!!
Short Course
Hardpan fairways with sparse grass. Decent greens. Accuracy is key.
Great Hot Deal Day
Found this course as a "Hot Deal"...The weather was sunny and very warm. Paired up at the course and teed off on time. The course is fairly tight, but very well laid out. The view from the first tee is great as is the 18th. Although shorter than many courses the layout makes it a very challenging course for an average golfer. The pace of play was much better than a lot of other courses in the area I have played on weekends. I will play this course whenever the opportunity arises.
