Wednesday afternoon golf
Very much enjoyed the round with my son. Course was in great shape and as always the folks there were friendly
Solid Round for a Casual 18 holes
If you go into Pinetuck expecting the world, you will be sorely mistaken. Pinetuck is modest, but true to what it is.. a solid, budget friendly course with decent greens, tee boxes, and playable fairways. For the price, this course is worth the drive. I got through 18 holes in 3 hrs on a weekday, with ease.
So much potential
I really liked the layout of the whole course, plenty of water to shoot over and nice open fairways, however these were the worst greens I’ve ever played on, very bumpy, black patches everywhere on the greens, etc. The staff was very friendly and prices were reasonable. If your looking for a cheap round then this is your place. If your looking for more of a quality round where you can read the greens I’d look elsewhere.

Good value
This is a challenging course that needs a lot of upkeep and maintenance. However, for the price on a weekend - awesome value. I will play again, when I am unable to get a tee time elsewhere and just to get out.
Mixed feelings
This course has a great layout, with some challenging water holes. The fairways were in good shape, BUT the greens were in rough shape: 4 or 5 looked like patchwork quilts and were uneven. We played on a beautiful day, so it was a good experience overall, though.
Terrible
This place has to be shutting down. The worst conditions I have ever played on. Broken down cars at the entrance was a bad sign and got worse from there.
One and done
This was my first and last time playing this course. The staff was friendly, but the course and the cart paths are overdue for maintenance.
Practice today
Not much grass in fairway and the greens rolled ok but are all patched up
I feel deceived
I played this course because it was rated 4stars. It's also a Pete dye, so I thought it has to be good....... but i was wrong. The conditions are poor. This is a 2 or 2.5 star course. The layout is pretty fun, but that's about it.
Pinetuck appears to have fallen on bad times. It’s obvious the course needs allot of cash invested.
