Tierra Rejada Golf Club

I’ve played this course many times. If you don’t hit it straight this course may not be for you. There are also quite a few forced carries over ravines that can get you in trouble. But the new owners have done a great job getting the course in beautiful condition. Greens are good, and roll true. Today we played at 7:45 in the morning as a twosome and finished in around 2 1/2 hours. Pretty awesome

The course was in excellent shape. Pace of play was great. Green we’re putting true and fast. Very friendly staff and excellent course for the price.

Some of the views were absolutely breath taking. The staff was wonderful, cart girl was great, course was awesome, the only drawback was after you played the hole, you would get to the next tee box and have 2-3 groups backed up waiting to play. Overall, it was a wonderful afternoon with beautiful scenic views.

Very challenging front nine. Just a fun course to play. Will remain part of our rotation.

I like this course because the pace pf play is quite fast and the layout is excellent. More importantly, its restaurant staff are friendly and foods' quality is excellent. In addition, it's not damaged at all by the recent brush fire. You may enjoy the driving range across the course while its own driving range is restoring to its previous condition damaged by the recent wild fire. I always strongly recommend that people test their skills at this course.

Good golf course greens are true front and back are very different can be windy.

Good course for the money. The recent fire had little effect on the course itself. The layout of the front nine is great. Tee shots across canyons and elevated tees. Makes the game fun although challenging.

Course was great fire made no difference except for the driving range

When I booked a 3:04 tee time thru GolfNow, I was pretty sure we wouldn't be able to finish the round before dark.. I'm happy to report that our twosome finished before 6pm, playing18 in 2:53!?!

Course fairways & greens were in very good shape. The tee boxes, however, were being seeded (not a big deal) and the sand traps I hit out of needed sand.

I'm a fan of the course architecture and views at Tierra. Being able to play a sub 3 hr afternoon round mid-week is a major bonus. I'll be back.

Very intimidating, clubbing up to reach elevated greens. NICE!!!

Treated well, nice bar cart, beautiful conditions , great greens...the only complaint is not enough actual sand in the traps...also, GPS in carts would be a plus...but not if the rates go up...we paid 75 a man for a prime Sat 9:12 tee time...very fair...similar course down the street (Rustic Cyn) is 90 with the GPS...,

For the price of this place. There not very together in the pro shop. There was no range balls in the machine and the was at least six people waiting for the the person to collect balls from the range. The over all experience has gotten worse since the last time I played there a month ago. The bar and food is always great. I play there very couple of months, but I would rather pay to play at Los Robles, Moorpark or Rustic before going back.

My buddy and I have been playing here recently because it’s a good 1/2 way meeting spot for us , me in LA and him in SB. Today my buddy was running late and showed up mentioning he hadn’t had coffee yet. We are the 2nd tee time and the snack shack wasn’t open yet. We went up to chip balls before our tee and Keith walked up and said don’t worry, once the girls get here I will send a cup out to you. He wrote down our cart number and walked away. Sure enough just on the 2nd fairway a nice young man pulls up and hands my buddy a cup of coffee. AMAZING SERVICE RIGHT ON THE FAIRWAY LoL!

Not only that and probably the most important thing, the course is in great shape and we played in perfect pace all morning. Saw the group in front of us on every par 4 and 5 but never had to wait.

There was a twosome up our butts on a few holes but they were playing fast and probably could have backed off and had a better time but that’s there fault not ours. We were right in pace with the group ahead and finished under 4 hours:-).
