Great course. Lots of elevation changes. 1st time playing there, good thing we played with guys that knew the course. Challenging greens led to too many 3 putt bogeys. Great views from every tee box.

Excellent course to improve your game. Looking forward to another round!

Iove this course however on several occasions I have been stuck behind a slow group that refuses to let faster groups play through. The martials are few and unable to assist in fixing the problem.

The course was in the best shape that I have every seen it. Spring time is the best time to be outdoors, green hills to go with a green course. What a great round!

The front 9 took 3 hours, and 2 hours into the back nine we were only on 14. This is when we left. We tee'd off at 12:24 on a Sunday so I didn't necessarily expect a 4.5 hour round but I certainly didn't expect what we got especially given the price. We were paired with 2 locals who said the pace has went badly south the last few months.

Once we got to either 12 or 13, we could see the course open in front of us, so even a marginal marshaling job would have helped the pace.

If you're in the moorpark area, you can avoid this place and play Rustic Canyon (for less $$) or Moorpark (nicer course, same $$) and almost always finish in well under 5 hours.

Fun course. We got out on the first tee time and it was very nice. Some cool views on the front.

We are from out of town and this was our first round of the year. The course was tough, but didn't eat us up. Played again a few days later and course knowledge is helpful. Greens can be tricky, but there aren't any crazy blind shots.

Definitely worth playing.

I was impressed with how well maintained this course is. The greens were rolling fast and true... just like i like them.

The fairways were nice and trim.

Great golf course, greens were rolling well and the fairways were in great condition. The only problem we had was that the sun took the day off and we got rained out at hole 15. Finished with a birdie tho.

Great condition for winter. Some target golf, even from the tips. Front 9 is 5 strokes harder than back! Have fun

We played on quite a windy day, which made the front 9 especially challenging along the ridge line. The back 9 is more manageable in the wind, being somewhat protected by the mountain. The course was is great shape with excellent greens. The recent rains have made the hills green and beautiful. The cart lady came by frequently to refill our beverages with a smile!

Course was very challenging, but fun to play. I would of rated it all excelent but the fairways were a little rough.

Minus the wedge tee shot on almost 2 par 3s its a nice track.
If you can't control your drives you will not like this course, but if your accurate and long, big rewards here.

nice setting for a golf course. the hills make for never a flat lie unless your on the tee box. fun to play with lots of challenges.

Great track for average to advanced players. A good mix of challenges: carries, lay-ups, placement on greens, and putting. Especially with multiple tee boxes to bite off how much you chew. Well maintained and green even before the December rains.

Overall a fun and challenging layout, but for the price was expecting a course in a little better condition. The course is very hilly with many elevation changes, especially on the front 9. Water comes into play on several holes. The greens were and tee boxes were in decent shape, but some tee boxes could use a little work. I would only play here again if I could get a hot deal. Would definitely not pay the regular rate.

I live close but don't golf here often enough. I have and do play all the local courses and this is by far my favorite! The course requires all the skills from accurate driving to challenging greens. The course is in great shape and the staff is always very accommodating. The food is outstanding and they take great pride in their restaurant. I highly recommend this course!

One of the most enjoyable rounds of golf I've had in a while.

Fun track! Fast and true greens, lots of elevation changes, and in good shape for the price. Pace wasn't extremely fast but it was worth it for the price.
