Not bad for the $$$
Greens & tee boxes need a lot of TLC. Course is decent with not too many obstacles. Not a PGA quality course, but decent for the money.
Remy
Big fan of Remy. A good course that isn't too expensive and is decently challenging for beginners.
Incredible value and fun times
This course is very laid back. I came to play on Sunday with 2 friends and even brought my oldest daughter. Pace of play is smooth, and the course conditions are fair considering the price you pay. A $30 round is an awesome price to pay on a weekend, especially closer to morning time. Minimal water so not too much danger to worry about. The greens weren’t the best and a little inconsistent but overall great time and I’d recommend this to everybody.
Great place, not friendly
The girl who was doing the check in, didn’t care about anyone. No practice basket, no ranger, super slow pace.
Weekday afternoon golf ⛳️ round
Really nice to play Remington Golf ⛳️ Course in the afternoons.
Remington Review
-Staff is great. A gm or someone with authority should be handling pace of play, kid who was out there tried his best to speed up groups ahead of us but i do not think they cared. Need a starter someone to let groups know you need to be mindful of time taken per hole, dont re-tee every hole.
-Teeboxes need to be moved on some holes, so many divots.
-Fairways are decent.
-Greens are fast, some of the greens have big patches of dirt/holes. Overall ok
- in the current conditions its a 30-40$ course, hurt to pay $60 but there werent many alternatives.
-Overall decent time outside of the pace of play. If you are considering playing here dont be in a rush, maybe bring a football to toss around the teebox while you wait for the group ahead to finish the hole.
Getting better!
Sure, the greens have been a battle here for awhile, but everything is getting better. They had cart girl too! First time I’ve seen this. Prices were good too! All in all, played at the 4:00 rate in a Saturday and would do it again without hesitation. Bonus… nice gas powered carts.
Remington - nice surprise
A good day here. Everyone really friendly and managed to get out in front of a slower group (we were a two). Course conditions pretty good although tee boxes very sandy. Greens looked slow but weren’t! Bunkers not great and could do with a bit of tic around the edges to tidy the whole course up a bit. Our first time so found all the water challenging but fun. A good experience, all considered.
Remington
Remington is in pretty nice shape…..you get good roll, the greens are decent and the course is a good value for the money.
For the money it was worth it.
For the money it was worth it, ( I wouldn't want to pay anymore for this course) Before booking the round I read the reviews and was not expecting a very well kept track. The layout was better then expected and from the blue tees kept some of the trouble out of play. The greens did NOT look good at all but I thought they rolled pretty good and actually made you put a good stroke on the ball. They were sneaky quick. I would have loved to play a course in better shape but For our first round of the year in Florida it was worth the money and the staff was nice and friendly.
Pace of play issues
The pace of play for horrendous. After calling the pro shop and getting a ranger out, the guy didn’t know how to do his job. After he finally figured it out, the last 5 holes were decently paced. 5 and a half hour round.
On a side note, most of the greens were good. Some troubles on a few. The fairways were hard and fast. The tee boxes were as bad as I’ve ever seen here. Thank goodness for a discounted round. This is a $40 course at best.
