About
The National course is a classic American-style layout that rolls through 200 acres of southern woodlands and wetlands. Unique bunkering, tree-lined fairways and intriguing green designs define shot making challenges. In particular, golfers are apt to remember the National for its testing par 3 holes and for the double green shared by holes 4 & 16.

great course, the staff was excellent and so was the course .Well worth the money
pace of play
did not feel we got our monet's worth due to slow play by a group of 5, allowed by the proshop. could not finiish due to darkness. not happy!!

Championsgate poor value for the money
This is the second time we’ve played this course.
We last played here two years ago, and this is not at all what we remembered.
The course looks neglected, ill-used, and run down.
The greens are all hacked up, clientele here does not utilize rakes on traps, and pace was unacceptable. We were five groups backed up at one point with not a ranger in sight, and no one answering at the pro shop.
Not at all worth the $150 pp to play. It looks and feels like a municipal course.
Very poor value for the money. For $150 pp, go play at one of the Disney courses - leaps and bounds above this place.
Skip Championsgate - not at all what it used to be.

Nice course
A bit pricey and we had a group of 5 in front that slowed us down a bit.

Played Crooked Cat the day before we played here, doesn’t even compare. Disappointed for the amount of money we paid

Great course and in good condition. Greens were nice. Only complaint would be the range. They need new balls for the price of the greens fees.

I played The National Course. Course Conditions were very good, greens were excellent and pace of play was not an issue. Finished round in 4 hours. A couple of holes seemed to be "squeezed" into the course (ninth hole). Otherwise a very nice course to play.

Slow play with no rangers to monitor.
Our 2:30 pm tee time took 4 1/2 hours to play.. We would have loved a drink after our round but everything was locked up.

Big price
This is a very solid course, good greens and in very good condition. However, it is mostly about hitting very narrow greens. Not a lot of difficulty off the tee and not a great deal of memorable holes. The price is ridiculous. If I didn’t get a very good Hot Deal rate I would not recommend it at all. Can’t see paying $300 plus for this track.

Course was in great shape and the greens were fast and receptive. Pace of play was a little slow as it took us 4 hours and 40 minutes to play 18 holes but probably was because of two foursomes in front of us were having a friendly competition amongst themselves. Would play this course again.
