Ashton Hills Golf Club

We had a 2pm tee time but we're unable to tee until almost 3 because there was a cart shortage. Meanwhile the cart attendants were in the cart barn carrying on like idiots and cursing like sailors. The course is nice, grounds well maintained, but the staff needs some management.

The natural and man-made landscape was phenomenal! Though the course is somewhat forgiving, you still have to concentrate on those shots as the hills make you pick your spots to land the ball! Great course!

It would be impossible to walk this course as there are some holes where the cart drive is at least a 1/4 of a mile or more.

Golf course is a good challenge and a lot of fun to play.

I am new to golf and live in Covington. Over the past year I have played this course more than any other and really enjoy it even though then skill level is a little ahead of my game. i played it on a hotdeal ($13 plus $3 fee) so it was a bargain. I played as a single finished in a little over 3 hours with no one in front of me the entire round. The clubhouse is nice and the food is excellent. The range is a nice bargain at $5 for a bag and the practice green with bunker is great. The course itself could be in better shape. the traps were all really low on sand and holding water and there were bare spots with no grass on the fairway. hopefully a little spring maintenance will fix these up. there were trees being taken down everywhere to open up the fairways a little which will be a nice modification for beginners such as myself. the greens were i great shape after being replaced a few years ago.

I played this course several years ago when the course conditions were much better. Not bad if paying a discount rate; however, I would not play full rate. One positive note...removing several trees along multiple fairways. Should help to increase scoring averages. Will possibly return during summer season. Hopefully, it will improve by then.

Really enjoyed the layout. We played on a "hot deal" so it was definitely worth the money. We also played an 8:00 am weekday tee time so we had the course to ourselves. This course makes you hit good approach shots...you can't be above the hole or you're in big trouble.

Used my Green Card to play a round of golf up at Ashton Hills this week. The course played very well even in the dead conditions of winter. All the fairways and toughs had nice thick grass to hit from, soft tee boxes, and most important the greens were soft and playable. (Some greens had tough spots, but only small areas around the edges) Worth the money to play and should feel more open and inviting once they finish removing some trees. Over all, recommended course

Played the course for the first time this week. Played two rounds with my Dad and had a great time.

Had a really good outting price, staff and course were very good, but we had a foursome in front of us that were so slow we put in a extra hour on the course because of there slow play, other than that this was a great and fun outting we do recommend this course for anyone that wants a challenge, .

Great golf course! It's tough on beginners it s a neighborhood golf course so it's really tight on some spots but still allot of fun b four all golfers.

Played a couple of days ago. Course was in GREAT shape. Looking forward to playing Ashton Hills again soon.

I played this course on my birthday. It was in the middle of the week, so the pace of play was great. The course is in excellent shape. The course is in Covington, so remember that when making driving plans.

This course is very well designed, great and challenging par 3's, long playable par 4's and extremely long par 5's that are set up well to play a long iron/hybrid 2nd shot. The greens were in great shape and played slow at first but when they dryed up in the mid morning early afternoon heat they got fast. staff was friendly and very helpful.

Only issue is the layout of the cart paths, could use a few more signs to point the way cause this course winds its way through a couple of neighborhoods.

I like the lay out it would have been nice to know there was a tournament going on when I booked it.

When we arrived for our tee time the staff said ill see if i can squeeze you in We have a big tournament going on if they had a tournament they should remove the tee time from golf now also the group behind us kept hitting into us

The course was in good shape, really enjoyed playing the course very challenging

There were some hard holes and some easy ones, but had you thinking all the time. Greens rolled fast and true. Bunkers were bad, lack of sand.

Highly recommend to play. Putting greens were in good shape for this time of the year. The rough could be tough to get out of if not in fairway. I look forward to playing again!

I would recommend playing here especially for the price on golf now

Tee to green course in good to great shape. Good assortment of holes. Staff very friendly on phone & in person. Would go back & highly reccomend as a fun enjoyable course. Not crowded when we played
