Olde Beau Resort & Golf Club

Best greens I have putted on this year. Fast and smooth. Tee box where in good shape; the fairways looked plush but you needed to roll the ball to get a decent lie. Also, very demanding course 10 holes not a flat lie to be found. The course is scenic beauty, but very tough due to severe slope. Overall is nice course and the food was great. Great way to beat the Charlotte heat. 95 in Charlotte 78 in Roaring Gap.

If you haven't played at Olde Beau, you are missing out. The course is very well maintained, the staff are super friendly and the food is good. You can't go wrong with the views, challenge and great fun. We will be returning soon and I am looking forward to it.

Course and Facility are wonderful. Super challenging layout but it was fair and a blast to play. Conditions of Greens and course excellent. Awesome views! Great clubhouse!

I enjoy occasionally getting away to this beautiful setting - 10 degrees cooler than my home area.

Some holes are too long to be par fours.

Patience leads to a much bette score.

This is a terrific course. Lots of elevation changes which makes the course both challenging and fun to play.

Course was in super good condition. Front 9 was great. Getting behind a group of 6 taking selfies who wouldn’t let us pass kind of ruined the day. 2 hour front 9 and 3 hour back. Would recommend hiring additional staff to manage pace of play. I would like to add that this is the first time we’ve had this issue.

Overall this course was great , I didn't know about Sr golf leagues on Tuesday and Thursday, over half of them are so very disrespectful to other golfers and the course, driving on the par3s , not allowing faster , better golfers thru , over 5 hrs , waiting 10 to 15 minutes every single shot , very loud , they do not respect other golfers. Nothing against them I hope I'm playing in those years , but I will always respect the course and other golfers...was not a fun day .

Amazing views and challenging holes. Quiet and beautiful

If you like mountain courses, you have found nirvana. Greens were great, fairways outstanding. When you think about a true country club environment, you will relish all this place has to offer. Had dinner there and left feeling full and happy. One thing for sure, I was tired at the end of the day. Looking forward to a rematch with this course.

Best course I've played this year, got great deal on golf now would love to stay the weekend there.

Course is in excellent condition and improvements have been made to cart paths. Fun and challenging course. Back 9 is tougher than the front 9.

Only downside was the pace of play. I would recommend a course ranger. Seeing players playing back tees that can't even score 95 from front tees. Few greens are showing problems but overall a great course with spectacular views.
